Percy's pov:

It's been a couple weeks since me and Artemis got together, and so far nobody has figured it out though I suspect Thalia and Caroline are on to us. Anyways I woke up this morning got ready to go to breakfast. As I was walking to breakfast Caroline came barreling towards Me. I quickly realized something was wrong and picked her up as she tried to run under my legs.

"Woah woah hey sea-lion what's the problem?" I asked her. She tried squirming out of my arms but I just hugged her closer.

"LET ME GO!" She screamed out. Something was really wrong for her to be screaming.

"Hey sea-lion what's going on talk to me." I whispered in her ear.

"NO PERCY LET ME GO, LET ME GOO!" She yelled I pulled back a little and saw her face was streaked with tears. She started kicking and hitting me to try and get me to let go. Non of it was working, but I was concerned I've never seen her like this and it worried me. I've gone from feeling like she's my sister to her being like my daughter. She was still screaming at me to let her go as I walked her to my tent. I went inside picked up my guitar knowing she loved when I played, and walked towards the lake with her still screaming and squirming in my arms.

"Hey Caroline I need you to relax ok. I'm not gonna let you go 'til you do. Ok?" I told her sternly but softly. Eventually she gave up and buried her face in my neck and cried. I rubbed her back and whispered sweet nothings in her ear. "You're ok. I've got you sea-lion." Soon she was just hiccuping and sniffling. "You gonna tell me what that was about?" I asked gently. She shook her head no. "Ok. Do you want me to play you something?" I said. This time she nodded yes. "Ok, ok. Whatcha wanna hear?" I whispered.

"I don't know." She whispered. I had to think.

"I wrote a song for you want to hear it?" I asked gentle. She nodded her head.
"Ok well this is a special just for you . You ready?" In return I got a head nod.
