This one's gonna be long. I might have to split it into 2 parts.
Let's start with (wooden) pencils first. (emphasise on the wooden) What are they made of?
Wikipedia says they're encased in wood, and made of a mixture of clay and graphite. I almost forgot the eraser.
Britannica says: "a mixture of an abrasive such as fine pumice, a rubbery matrix such as synthetic rubber or vinyl, and other ingredients."
Let's start with the actual pencil part. Crush the graphite into dust and throw it at someone.
Graphite dust irritates the eyes, skin, mucous membranes, and respiratory tract. It can also cause pneumoconiosis.
Mucous membranes are the moist, inner lining of some organs and body cavities like the nose, mouth, lungs, and stomach. Glands in the mucous membrane make mucus
Pneumoconiosis is another name for lung diseases caused by breathing in certain types of dust. Like graphite.
Next, sharpen that pencil and stab someone. The amount of time I've spent trying to find the sharpest pencil is unbelievable. You'll end up poisoning someone with that because bacteria.
You can also remove the eraser from the pencil and make someone swallow it. Swallowing a pencil eraser may lead to an intestinal blockage, which can cause abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting. Also you might choke someone.
You can also rub someones skin with that eraser. It would cause burns and skin abrasions, which could become infected.
Next, mechanical pencils
They're made of plastic, rubber, metal, graphite and clay. I'll skip the rubber, graphite and clay part.
If someone swallows metal and tries to vomit the piece back up, it could cut an organ on the way up
It might cause bowel perforation and/or sepsis.
Bowel perforation results from insult or injury to the mucosa of the bowel wall caused due to a violation of the closed system.
Sepsis is something that happens to your body when you have a serious infection
Next, those plastic pencils.
Swallowing plastic could lead to stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or constipation.
