Once a year, the International Hero Association selects a small number of schools to send on a regular field trip. Around 20 years ago, there was complaints all around of how some hero schools faced more stressful situations, how regular schools were still affected by villain attacks, how heroes enforced dangerous training missions while others were so called "slacking off." In order to please the protesters, they annually picked the top nine schools (which meant both hero and normal schools) who had the highest number of injuries for their students and staff. A whole system was invented to see if the injury was minor or major, and UA was bound to be picked as the first years had already underwent two major villain attacks with a kidnapping during the second one.

Que Bakugou flopping on the ground.

He didn't want to go waste his entire day on a shitty tourist attraction when he could instead be training. But the idiots practically dragged him out and forced him in the bus. He could've broken out of their hold, but he let them take him. He was sorta hopeful that he would see a certain someone anyways.

Since the IHA was international there were only three hero schools in Japan that were selected. UA, Shiketsu, and Aldera High. That's right, Aldera High. Which was located in the most shadiest part of the city and were students bullied and fought each other on the regular. Bomb threats, shootings, jumping the person who tried to shoot up the school and beating them within an inch of their life was all very common. Heroes had tried to intervene before but the students were aggressive, broke, and had terrible home lives. They demanded that they didn't need help and protested heavily at the appearance of heroes. It was basically a harvesting ground for future villains and criminals. There reputation was low, and most students never made it out of the dump.

That's why, when the field trip had been planned and the schools were invited to a fancy five-star museum with expensive and rarely seen historical artifacts, most of the Aldera kids didn't even bother to show up. Only 5 came, and then 4 left when they saw UA's and Shiketsu's teachers who were heroes.

And since only one student from Aldera Hugh was present, they were added to the UA group instead of isolating him. But Class 1A hardly noticed as they conversed with the first year classes from Shiketsu. They didn't see the delinquent teen head to the corner, where one fierce blonde stood. They didn't see them lock gazes, didn't see the Aldera kid stand next to the blonde as they smirked at each other. That's right, in the corner Bakugou motherfucking Katsuki and Kariage reunited for the first time in months.
.
Katsuki grinned as his best friend of 16 years, and lover of 3, stood next to him. He liked having Kariage around but he couldn't do any of the normal shit that he would've done. He pretended to look all angry and brooding but he was inwardly estatic at the sight of the familiar undercut. But he still had a bet going on with Dehisa, he couldn't afford to break character in front of his classmates who have come to see him as a serious, temperamental asshole.

The first time Kariage heard Katsuki's goal for his new class he had bursted out laughing his ass off, knowing that Katsuki was the same guy who started a Just Dance battle on top of the tables in the public library. He has the most stupidest videos of Katsuki doing the dumbest shit imaginable. Then he added on to Dehisa's bet of 500 yen and bid his own 100 yen that he couldn't do it. So naturally, Katsuki went all out and is now 100 yen richer. He needs to make it to the middle of the year in order to get Dehisa's payment.

Bakugou and Kariage silently agreed to stay next to each other and just act casual, like they didn't know each other. It was a nice plan, they didn't have the pressure of Katsuki's classmates coming up and asking about his favorite idiot. He sighed, knowing that would mean the day was bound to be boring.
