The illustrated "fakemon" web novel is returning! However, it is with a heavy heart that I must announce PSG's cancelation.
As much as I have enjoyed this project and the chance it's given me to expand my skills, it has proved to be a huge undertaking to create an art series alongside writing and promoting such a niche concept story, especially for an amateur artist like myself. If things were different, I would love to keep going, but based on the response to Season 2 (or lack thereof), I've begrudgingly come to accept that PSG just isn't the kind of story that most Pokémon fanfic readers want to read.
That said, I couldn't bring myself to leave my few loyal readers hanging following Season 2's shocking cliffhanger. So, Season 3 will be going ahead this summer as promised, but with just three exciting new episodes, which will provide a more satisfactory and optimistic ending for our protagonists.
The final three episodes (and designs) will be posted Tuesday 13, Thursday 15, Saturday 17 August 2024.
