Abhimaan POV 

We reached the building of the company and were going inside. Suddenly, my Jaan said that she forgot a file in the car, and before I could say anything, she left from there to take it.

I was ready to go behind her, but the manager of the company came there to take me to the meeting room. I told him to wait. Of course, I will not go anywhere without my jaan.

And now I am waiting for her. After some time, she enters the building, arranging the files in her hand. I was smiling, looking at my girl, but the smile immediately dropped, and anger took over me as I looked at what happened after that.

She bumped into some man, and he is holding her in his arms.. putting his hand on her waist, which is boiling my anger the most.

I immediately go there and pull my angel towards me, taking her hand. She was shocked at first but got relaxed, looking that it was me.

I look at that bastard standing there. He is none other than Mr. Liam Williams, the son of the CEO of this company. Soon going to take over his father.

"Mr. Rathore, you are here." 

"Of course I am.. I hope you didn't forget about the meeting." I replied, controlling my rage. 

"Oh, of course not.. I just thought that I was late.. and you must be in the meeting room by now." He said, looking at my Jaan now and then. She is standing beside me, looking baffled about the situation. 

"And... may I ask who this beautiful lady is?" He asked with a stupid smile on his face, looking at my Jaan.. Her hand in mine is the only source of my sanity right now.. Otherwise, even I don't know what I will do.

"She.. is. my personal assistant." I reluctantly introduce her.

"Oh, nice to meet you, Ms.." he said, wanting to know her name.. extending his hand to shake.

"I think we should go.. we are already late for the meeting." I said taking his hand before she could say anything or shake his hand. 

They both were shocked by my sudden interruption.. of course there is no way I am going to let him touch my angel.

"Ah.. yes, sure." He replied.. confused at my actions.

"I think you should go.. I have something to talk about with my PA." 

"Ok.. sure." He reluctantly left from there with that manager.

I looked at my Jaan.. and she was looking at that idiot going. I turned her face towards me by gripping her chin with my hand and saying, "Stay away from that idiot." 

Her eyes are wide open with this act. I was angry at that idiot for taking my Jaan's attention.. but one look in her cute and innocent eyes, and I am a gone case.

"I'm sorry." I said, taking back my hand.. And I closed my eyes, controlling my anger with a deep breath.. like she taught.

"Just stay away from that man.. He is the son of the CEO and.. and a playboy he is not a person to be around.. so I am just saying to stay away, okay?" I said it with a soft voice, opening my eyes.

She nodded her head, saying, "Okay." I asked if she had all the files.. She said yes, showing me the file she just brought from the car.. and we started to go to the meeting room.
