The next morning, Kamari woke up with a mix of excitement and nervousness humming in her veins. The memory of Shubman asking her out played on a loop in her mind as she got ready for their date. She chose a simple yet elegant sleeveless black flowy dress with a v-neckline, a piece that made her feel both comfortable and stylish. She pulled her dark hair into a loose, messy bun, allowing a few strands to frame her face. Dangly earrings added a touch of sparkle, and she applied minimal makeup—just enough to enhance her natural features.

As she took one last look in the mirror, she felt a flutter of anticipation. "Here goes nothing," she murmured to herself, grabbing her small handbag and heading towards the door.

Stepping out of her room, Kamari stopped short, her heart skipping a beat. There stood Shubman, waiting patiently with a bouquet of vibrant flowers in his hand. He wore a simple black graphic t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. His relaxed, casual attire made him look effortlessly handsome, and his face lit up with a warm smile when he saw her.

"Wow, Kamari," Shubman said, his eyes widening in genuine admiration. "You look absolutely stunning."

Kamari felt a blush creep up her cheeks. "Thank you, Shubman. You look great too." She glanced down at her own outfit, suddenly feeling a bit overdressed for the casual vibe Shubman was sporting. "I hope I'm not too dressed up..."

Shubman shook his head quickly, stepping closer and offering her the flowers. "Not at all. You look perfect," he reassured her. "These are for you."

Kamari took the bouquet, her smile widening. "Thank you, Shubman. They're beautiful."

"I'm glad you like them," Shubman replied, his eyes softening as he watched her. "Ready for our date?"

"Absolutely," Kamari said, her nervousness melting away in the warmth of his gaze.
