"Okay does this one look good or this one?" Pansy pulled two types of dresses against her body; one that was dark green and sleek, kind of like the dresses we wore at the first Slytherin party but longer with a slit in its leg, and sleeves that rested on her upper arms.

The other one is a light-ish blue color with an open back, ruffled at the ends, and very long. The beads line against where the chest and end in the middle of the torso, she has tried both of them on repeatedly unsure of which one she should get for the upcoming masquerade ball next week.

Something I should have been excited about and looking forward to like every other student in this boutique, yet I couldn't help but constantly worry about the letter that Enzo was working on. We found exactly what we needed in his father's study room; a super old book that teaches one how to remove certain charms, spells, and even jinxs.

The hours of searching did pay off for us in the end, especially with my help I don't think Enzo would've found it by himself. It would've taken him a couple more hours to find exactly what he was looking for. We also used a charm to disguise the old book as I did for the letter in Riddles dorm. Hoping Enzo's father doesn't notice the missing book we 'borrowed.'

I did keep my word to Eloise and we had a small dinner with Lucy, Quinny, and of course Eloise. It was nice to have a distraction for a bit until we came back to Hogwarts It was like I couldn't help but not worry about everything that was going on in my life. Surprisingly Riddle hasn't been trying to talk to me ever since our last conversation in the broom closet, maybe I got my point across to him.

He hadn't left Hogwarts like I wanted him to do. He still attended classes and sat with the group during lunch and dinner like normal, though he sat inches away from me, and for some odd reason, he stopped showing up to breakfast. He's gone quiet, and I fear that Pansy will catch on like she always does because she always knows when something isn't right.

Even so, I have to keep her away from the fact that I am having Enzo learn an unknown type of magic just so he can crack a stupid fucking letter for me. I don't want any more people getting involved especially people in our friend group.

Enzo was working on the letter during breaks, lunch, and breakfast sometimes he'd up and leave randomly when hanging with the group. Safe to say he was dedicated but I told him to not stress over it and that it'll take time, though I can sense Pansy knows something up by the look on her face.

I clear my throat, "Yeah um..." I glance between the beautiful dresses she has in each hand, she has tried on both dresses multiple times for 'good measure,' according to Pansy, wondering which looked best on her. She was in between both dresses.

But with Pansy's features, she would look good in practically anything; her brown hair wasn't as long as mine but it was mid-length, giving her features the attention it deserves. She always did her makeup in a way that enchanted her features making her look stunning all over the place.
