Zach was busy flipping a pancake in the kitchen, the sizzling sound filling the air as the butter melted and the batter cooked. He was looking forward to a lovely breakfast with his new husband, Sean, after a romantic night in. Just as he was about to plate the pancake, he heard a strange noise coming from the sink.

At first, Zach thought it was just the pipes, but then he heard a faint groaning sound, followed by a loud retching noise. His heart skipped a beat as he quickly turned off the stove and rushed to the sink.

"Sean, what's wrong?" Zach asked, concern etched on his face as he saw Sean hunched over the sink, his face pale and sweaty.

Sean slowly looked up, his eyes glassy and unfocused. "I...I think I'm going to be sick," he muttered, his voice weak and shaky.

Zach quickly grabbed a towel and helped Sean sit up straight, holding him steady as he felt the waves of nausea wash over him. "Oh, Sean, what's going on?" Zach asked, his voice filled with worry.

Sean took a few deep breaths, trying to compose himself. "I think it's just food poisoning or something. I ate that weird seafood soup last night at dinner, and I think it's caught up with me now."

Zach's face fell, feeling guilty for not being more careful about what they ate. "Oh no, Sean, I'm so sorry. I should have been more careful."

Sean shook his head, his eyes welling up with tears. "It's not your fault, Zach. I just got a little too greedy and now...now I'm paying the price."

Zach held Sean close, trying to comfort him as he felt the warmth of his husband's body. "We'll get through this, Sean. We'll get you feeling better in no time. Just rest for a bit and I'll get you some water and some crackers."

Sean nodded, his eyes closing as he leaned into Zach's embrace. "Thanks, Zach. Just...just give me a minute."

Zach held him for a few moments, feeling his heart ache with concern for his husband's well-being. He knew that this wasn't exactly the romantic honeymoon they had planned, but he was determined to make it a special day despite the setback.

As Zach sits next to Sean, holding his hand and trying to comfort him, his thoughts begin to drift back to their whirlwind romance. he remembers the excitement and nervousness they felt while planning their wedding, the endless conversations about their future together, and the countless moments they shared with family.

And then, a memory suddenly crossed his mind the day they decided to take the next step and have a baby in their midst. Zach's heart began to pound as he remembered. He was very nervous then he took his cellphone to call Laura. Meanwhile, Sean, who was still feeling nauseous and dizzy, was confused about why Zach called Laura and told her to come here.

"Hey, Laura, it's Zach," he said, trying to keep his voice steady. "I need you to bring a pregnancy test to here, please. As soon as possible."

Laura's voice was concerned on the other end of the line. "What's going on, Zach? Is everything okay?"
