Heart of aces

History

I woke up to my phone ringing intensely. I look at the time and realized that it's 7 in the morning.

Who's calling me this early?

I take my phone and saw that it was Wonbin, my brother. I answered. "Why are you calling me this early Wonbin?" I asked him. He didn't answer. "Wonbin?"

"Yeah, yeah I'm here. Sorry I was talking with the guys"

"What do you want?" I asked him again. The last time he called me was months ago. No that we're distant or whatever, it's just that whenever wants something or when he wants to hang out, he usually comes over to my place. "You never call me. Is everything okay?"

"Yeah, yeah. Um... You know what, I'm going to come over. And I'm bringing the guys with me"

As for the others, he meant Shotaro, Seunghan, Sungchan, Sohee, Anton and Eunseok. The 9 of us ,including me Wonbin and my cousin Minji, basically grew up together. We were around the same neighbourhood but we had the biggest house so they were always coming over to our place. They were mostly Wonbin's friends but they were like second brothers to me.

I got in the shower and when I got out, I realized the mess around the house. I barely go out of the house anymore, so I never saw the mess around here until now.

I decided to clean up before they came. I prepared something to eat and just laid down before they came.

A couple minutes later, someone rang the doorbell. I looked at the CCTV to check who it was. I saw a someone waving at the camera. He was tall with dark hair and the physicality of a professional athlete. Anton.

I opened the door and he stepped inside. He was alone. I didn't know where the others were.

"Where are the others?" I asked him.

"Yeah, good morning to you too" He replied.

I giggled "Sorry, good morning and where are they?"

"Aw, You love us that much?" said a voice coming from the door. I looked around to see it was Seunghan teasing me.

"Shut up" I told him. The others followed him inside and made themselves at home. "And by the way, can't you guys go to a bar, why are you guys always at my place?" I asked. They were always at my place. They come over every day or at least 3 days a week.

"Why would we go and pay for a bar when we have you and your house" said Eunseok.

"He's right, you know," said Taro.

I shook my head and laughed.

I looked at my brother and said "What are y-"

Before I could even finish my sentence, Wonbin interrupted me. "Don't ask anything, okay? We're going out tonight but that's all I can tell you."

The next thing I know, he was laying on the couch and opened his phone. This is the life that I've lived since the incident. I haven't gone outside my house in less it was for groceries or the convenience store late at night for some alcohol.

"You know I don't go out." I told my brother.

He didn't even look up his phone to reply to me. "That's exactly why we're going out." He spoke.
