AUTHOR'S POV

Rehan's eyes widened in sheer disbelief as he stared at the pregnancy test kit in Aiman's trembling hands, the two stark pink lines mocking him. His breath hitched, and his voice came out as a harsh whisper.

"This... this can't happen."

Aiman let out a humorless chuckle, her eyes shimmering with unshed tears. Her grip tightened around the kit as she snapped, her voice breaking, "It has happened, dammit! And it's all your fault! and you were the one who dragged me to that damned club party!"

Rehan's jaw clenched as he glared at her, his fury matching her desperation. "Oh, so now it's my fault? I invited you to the party, fine! But it was you who kept handing me those vodka shots, Aiman! You got us both drunk! And now you're standing here, acting all innocent?" He pointed at the kit in her hand, his face twisted with anger.

Aiman shook her head, feeling the weight of her mistake suffocating her. The room felt like it was closing in on her, and before she could say anything, his next words sent a shiver down her spine.

"And now, don't you dare start with your melodrama, telling me that you're keeping this child." His voice was sharp, his gaze colder than she had ever seen.

Her breath hitched as fresh tears escaped her eyes. Rehan took a step forward, grabbing her arms roughly. His grip was firm, almost punishing as he shook her slightly.

"You are going to abort it. Samjhi?" he seethed, his voice laced with unyielding authority.

Aiman swallowed hard, her resolve breaking under his piercing gaze. She gave a small, hesitant nod. "Y-Yes."

A single sniffle left her as she wiped her tears, regretting everything about that night-the alcohol, the recklessness, the irreversible consequences. With a shaky breath, she turned to dispose of the kit, but before she could, Rehan's lips curled into a devilish smirk.

"Wait." His voice held a sinister edge.

Aiman froze, her brows furrowing in confusion. "What?"

"Don't throw it away."

She turned to him, completely baffled. "What do you mean?"

Rehan's smirk deepened, his mind already spinning with a plan. "This could be useful."

Her confusion only grew. "Useful? How?"

He leaned in, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "Saira and Aariz are already drowning in misunderstandings. This... this will be the perfect fuel to set their relationship on fire."

Aiman felt her heart drop. "What the hell are you saying, Rehan?"

He chuckled darkly, his eyes gleaming with malice. "Go to the Khan estate with any excuse. Once you're inside, plant this in Saira's room. Then, make sure Aariz's mother sees it. Let her believe that Saira is pregnant."

Aiman's eyes widened in sheer horror. "Rehan, this is insane! It's a huge risk!"

Rehan scoffed. "Risk? We've already risked enough in what we're doing. We're this close to success, Aiman! Compared to everything else, this is nothing."
