Saira's pov

Aariz and Amir went to keep the shopping bags in the car. I sat with Ali in my lap, gently rocking him back and forth. Aliza Dii pulled out her mobile and started scrolling through it.

I watched her for a moment, then turned my attention back to Ali, tickling his tiny feet to make him giggle.

"How is everyone at home?" I asked, looking up at her.

She glanced at me, her face softening with a smile. "Sab theek hain, allhamdulillah," she replied, nodding reassuringly.

I sighed with relief, but curiosity got the better of me.

"Where are Ayaaz Bhai, Hamza, and Ayaan?"

I asked, raising my eyebrows in anticipation.

Aliza Dii tilted her head slightly, thinking for a moment. she said, her tone casual. "Hamza and Baba went to distribute wedding cards. Ayaaz is with his family, and Ayaan is probably studying."

I frowned,
"Studying? Why?" I asked, my voice tinged with surprise.

She chuckled, shaking her head. she explained, rolling her eyes slightly."His exams are in one month. And my dear brother doesn't study the whole year; he only studies one month before the exam."

"Ohh!" I exclaimed, my eyes widened with understanding. "Ohh! By the way, he is a medical student, right?" I asked, curiosity piqued.

She smiled warmly and said, "Yaah, he is, and this is his final year of MBBS."

"Oh nice and wise!" I chuckled, scratching my head in confusion. "I'm still trying to figure out who is studying what and who is who at your house."

She laughed, her eyes sparkling. "Let me explain to you... Baba is the chairman of Khan Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., which includes Khan techbuil Group. Aariz is the CEO,"

she said, nodding towards Aariz, "Ayaaz is the CTO, and Baba is the MD, okay?"

I nodded, trying to keep up.

"Then there's Khan Healthcare Group," she continued, her voice filled with pride. "I'm a neurologist, CMO, and founder.

My husband, Omer, is the MD and Director of Surgical Services." She beamed as she mentioned her husband.

"And after Ayaan completes his studies, he'll be the CEO and Director of Medical Research."

I raised my eyebrows in amazement. She went on, "Then we have Khan Law Associates. It's currently managed by others, but once Hamza finishes his studies, he'll take over."

I shook my head in disbelief, smiling. "Oh great! Some businessmen, ek doctor, ek lawyer, sahi hai. And your husband is also a doctor, great."

"Thank you," she replied, her cheeks tinged with a slight blush.

Just then, Aariz and Amir returned, each with a casual stride. Amir plopped down beside me, and Aariz took the seat on my other side.

We ordered our food, and both Aliza dii and Aariz received calls simultaneously.

I played with Ali, tickling his chin and making him giggle, while waiting for our food.

When our order arrived, we dug in. Despite their calls, both Aariz and Aliza dii managed to eat. After we finished, we left the mall, and I headed straight home.

The house was eerily quiet; my brothers and Pappa were still at the office. Even Zain Bhai had gone to help wrap up work before the wedding.

Mummy and Amira were out with Asiya Aunty, finishing the wedding shopping. I didn't want to go with them since shopping isn't my cup of tea.
