16- Business

I ran over to Riki and crossed my hands behind Riki's neck, hugging him. He kept hugging me around my waist.

I couldn't feel Riki's hands anymore so i looked over at him. He gently pushed me a little bit away from him and started digging something in his pocket.

I was looking at his hand thay was searching something. He suddenly kneeled down infront of me and pulled out a ring.

"Will you marry me?" he said and i decided to joke a little.

"Do i have a choice?"

"Well, no but still" he giggled

"Yes, i will Riki" he stood up and placed the ring on my finger, hugging me afterwards.

He lifted me from the ground and spun me around as if we didn't play some mafia game in order for me to marry him.

I giggled as my head started to spin too. I started feeling dizzy and shouting at Rikj to let me go. After i mouthed the words he quickly put me on the ground again.

"I have to leave in a few minutes"

"Why? We just got here"

I asked Riki.

"Well, business"

He said in the coldest tone again. I could tell from the two words that he didn't enjoy that. He was probably going to take the future away from some people and i knew i couldn't stop him.

That was the only thing that scared me on him. He hurted people and it was getting real that i was his fiance now and i will have to tolerate it. Live with it my entire life. Cause there was no way i could run away from mafia boss, not like i wanted to though.

I was still not sure in him. To be honest i was really scared to get involved with one of his enemy.

"I'm so sorry, darling. I have to go quickly"

He said after getting a call. It was a male's voice telling him to hurry.

"Can i go with you?"

I asked him in curiosity.

"No, it's dangerous. Just stay here"

He mouthed and quickly walked away from the front door, leaving me all alone. I knew that i will have to be all alone lots of times since he had a lot of work. It was the first day and i already felt like a single woman again.

Yeji and Sori came to me so i patte dboth of them.

"I guess you will be my only company"

I went to sit on the couch and turned the TV on.

I stayed all night just laying there, watching movies waiting for Riki to come home. I looked at my phone to see the time.

"4am" already and Riki wasn't anywhere to be seen.

I had to get some fresh air so i went to the garden in shorts and a hoodie. As soon as i was outside i saw lots of guards. I knew i was safe.

I stretched my arms and back and sat by the pool. My toes were touching the water and i began to look at the sky, wondering when will Riki return.

My phone started ringing. The display lighted up and i saw an unknown number. I put the mobile to my ear.

"Hello?"

"Hello are you Nishimura's close person?"

As soon as i heard his name my eyes widened and i said "yes".

"Please, come to the Seoul hospital, we already sent you the adress. Nishimura has been injured."

"I will be right there"
