It's been two days already, and everything was moving incredibly  fast. Everyone was tense for various reasons about the trip. Santiago, for the fact that he would be stressed most of the time, Amara, the fact that she had no control over the situation and also had to calm the itch in her hands to kill. Helena, the fact that she had to see the man who she never stopped  loving even if she doesn't want to admit it along with seeimg her sons again and last Marcus, who was also anxious  and overwhelmed about the current  predicament.  Walking down the final step, Amara met the eyes of the people  she called  family. Coming in for a hug, Santiago walked towards  her with open arms and a weird smile on his face that seemed to irritate her. Of course, she cared for Santiago  as the older  brother she never had ,but that doesn't  mean she was going to say it out loud. The last thing she needed was him having  more excuses to come to their house at any time and eat all their  stuff, not that she was complaining. Low key, she liked having him around. Consumed in his arms, she awkwardly stood in for some time before patting his back to show him to stop with the over exaggeration. She raised a brow upon  seeing his his fake tears. "It's okay Santi, stop with the tears. Take care of everything, but if it gets bloody, call me , I'm serious. I need a reason to leave. Anyway, don't you think u should tell that girl you're seeing who you really are before it's too late." After that, she grabbed  her bag and then signed  for everyone to get their bags out to the car. Closing the trunk, she just looked back at the place she considered as hers. She wondered what she would tell her grandpa when he returned and found the place empty. However,  now her biggest  concern was getting to the airport. The drive was awkward and silent as no one knew what to say. "I want both of you kids to be good, don't  cause any trouble for your brothers and father  when we get  there," Helena  said, looking  at Amara."Tsk, okay, mom, but tell them to stay very far away from me ,I want nothing to do with any of them especially Mr Russo " she answered with her eyes still on the road. Helena just let out a sigh, knowing  there was nothing she could do. She could only hope that this trip brings each of them the closure  they seek and that Amara doesn't  kill her father out of hate. But most especially, she hopped this trip would finally help her move on from the memories she once had of that place. Shaking her head, she knew she was asking too much, but still, she just had to wait and watch.

Paking the car, she turned  to the driver, giving  him the keys to it but not before giving  him instructions  to return  it to the mansion.  After check-in, they made their way to the private jet. Amara always travelled  in style. Of course, her father offered to pick them up with his, but she refused, not wanting anything  from him.while, the pilot made an announcement about take off. She closed  her eyes, letting  sleep consume her.
Marcus, on the other hand, couldn't  even think of sleep. Too many thoughts coursed through his mind. What if he didn't  like them? What if they didn't  like  him?
Why did they send his mom away? Could they really be a family again? Why does Amara hate them so much? All these we prevent him from enjoying  the trip even though  it was his first time leaving  Spain.
"Welcome to Venice ladies and gentlemen," the pilots voice sounded through  the jet. Amara felt a painful  tap on her arm , getting  up with quick reflexes she kept the person in a choke hold. Looking down, she saw Marcus straggling to breathe.  She let him go and gave a painful  knock on his head. "Mom Amara  hit me," He cried  out on impact. Amara turned  just to see a bombastic side eye coming from her. If looks could kill, she would definitely  be dead. Helena got off the jet while the two were busy bickering  with each other. When they finally  got down, Amara pulled  Marcus's  eye, causing him to yelp, but before Helena could scold any of them, the horn of a car cut her short. Amara stretched to look past Marcus and at the source only to see one of her fathers  drivers. How'd she know you  ask? She remembered seeing  him as one of the few people  present when the incident happened, plus he was also her farthers personal driver. Frowning, she made her way towards her mom. "Can't we order a taxi or something?" She asked, still frowning."No, we are using this car, Amara.  Don't  make me force you to enter this car, " Helena said, smiling at Franco . "It's okay, Mrs Bernardi," Franco said . " it's just Helena," Franco " Helena corrected  him. Franco just nodded before opening  the door for them to enter. He really hoped for the best for the family.  He had worked for Russo long  enough to know him. And he really  wanted him to be happy.  It seemed  he lost that the day he made that grave mistake,  he hoped  he would be able to fix it upon given the chance, shaking his head one more time, he entered the car and drove on toward the Bernardi mansion.
