Not gonna lie I was nervous. I told Karina about tonight and she was so excited. Unlike me, she did watch outerbanks, so meeting the cast was like a dream come true for her.
I didn't know what to wear tonight, so around 6:00 pm I called Kari so she could help me choose an outfit.
She said I should look sexy but not to much, and cute, I don't know what she wants from me!
The only thing I had like that was a black short strapless dress and some heels. I looked really good in my outfit, I hope a special someone likes it.
I left my things on top of my bed and went to take a shower. I like the type of showers that leave my skin red.
I must've lost track of time because suddenly it was 7:30 pm and Kari was coming for me at 7:45. I had 15 minutes to straighten my hair and put my makeup on.
I put on the dress, the heels, a pair of earrings, and surprisingly I had some time left so I took some pictures. I'd post them tomorrow because I wanted my outfit to be a surprise for Drew.
Kari texted me that she was downstairs. I grabed a jacket and my purse, turned the lights off, and headed out the door.
"Hi beautiful!" She said as soon as I opened the car door, "you look stunning, that dress really suits you".
She was wearing a leather jacket, a tube top, and a long denim skirt. She looked good as hell.
I got in and told her how nervous I was.
"You already know Drew and you've been talking a lot since you guys met" that's true, we've been talking nonstop ever since we met, he's a really cool guy. "So don't worry about him, you'll be good".
"I'm not worried about him, i'm worried about his friends, what if they don't like me?" I always overthink meeting new people, somehow with Drew was different, but we're not talking about him now, we're talking about his friends.
"Ade, you're the coolest and loveliest person I know, there's no way they won't like you" Kari said trying to make me feel better.
When we arrived, everyone was already there. We got in but Drew was giving his back to the door so he couldn't see us.
We got to the table and Kari shouted his name, he turned around and gave her a big hug. When he saw me, it was like the time stopped, he was standing still, jaw on the floor.
"You look beautiful" Drew said. I've never blushed so hard in my life I had to look away. "Here, I saved you a seat" next to him there was an empty spot, a spot he saved just for me, not even Karina, his best friend.
I sat and all his friends said hi to me and Kari. They were all really nice, I don't even know why I was nervous in the beginning .
Time flew by every time I was with him. He made me laugh and blush all at once. He made me feel stuff i've never felt before, and I hope he feels the same.
