To me, there are three main parts of a cover. BACKGROUND MODEL TEXT
Now, of course there are overlays and other small details that we all use for manip covers, but the main things you need to have.

BACKGROUND
The background obviously needs to match along with the graphic For example, a Harry Potter Cover, you'll use something related to Hogwarts. A marvel cover, something related to the battles they have, and etc.
You can mismatch backgrounds, like this

MODEL
Please, I beg of you to not search on google model name png. IF YOU DO MIGHT AS WELL GIVE UP (please don't give up, im joking) Make your own pngs, I use clipping magic to create mine!
You get much more resources/images if you make your own pngs. Along with better image quality!

TEXT
The text is important, I'll further explain text manipulation and how to do it later on!
Anyways in photopea, you can add your own fonts or use the ones that they provide for you!
I use dafont and font space as resources for my fonts!
