"Good Bye" I said
I thought I would have cried, hugged for hours, wished they could come with me but honestly I was excited, ecstatic, I was going to be independent and if there is something I am good at it is being independent.
"Bye sweetie we will miss you so much" mum said "I know you will be independent"
"Bye Mindi I love you" saie dad "Remember to have fun okay?" he said raising an eyebrow
"See ya Mini" said my younger sister Mae 'Remember to buy me a present"
"Love you" I yelled at them as i ran off to my friends
I spotted Lizzy probably because she had the biggest bag, the I probably had the next biggest
I ran up to her and jumped in her arms.
She lifted my tiny figure off the ground, anybody could though she was small herself but i was smaller
We both squealed and said Northern Territory here we come
"So did you bring the Loom board" i asked
"Yes i did, now did you bring the loom bands"she asked
"Of coruse I did I never forget anything" I repiled
She chuckled
"Ayyy Shut up" i said laughing
We both looked each other in the eye and said Food
"I brought 3 blocks of chocolate, 2 packets of lollies and a packet of chips" she said with a grin
Well I brought 2 blocks of chocolate-"
"I brought more than you" she said while laughing
"I never finished" i said
"Fine finish" she said
"Anyway as i was saying 2 blocks of chocolate, THREE packets of lollies and one and a half packets of chip" i said "I bet you" I poked my tongue
"1 and a half packets of chips?" She looked at me puzzled
"I got hungry and nervous" I pointed my eyes over so that they kinda pointed at Jackson mucking around, then he went up and started talking to Erin
Lizzy said nothing but hug me and said "Did you bring mints"
"What"
"Mints"
"Yeah...why"
"I don't want you to throw up on me when you see his ugly face"
We both cracked up laughing
I don't know what I would do with out Lizzy we were so similar she was my other half, honestly I never understood that expression until I meet her. She had huge, chocolate eyes, brown hair, tan, she was so perfect I could tell her everything, she always found out everything first, she was my rock I needed her but she needed me. Something about her, she made me laugh when i didn't want to like when I really didn't want to, at first I thought she's shy, DAMN, like how could I think that she was just as crazy as me. She was tall, perfect, everyone loved her, so popular she was captain of our year two years in a row and she was captain of her primary school, could she get more perfect. She always listened to my stupid little problems from lipstick colour to boy drama. Thank you Lizzy
"Photo Time" mum called
Our little group, the people who were in my tent were all in the photo me, Lizzy, Jada, Jordan (she was the shortest but she a personality that reached the stars) and Remy (she was a bit anti social but was always funny)
We al, got ready for the photo when Aria jumped in I wanted to kick her out
Lizzy and I just rolled eyes mum took a photo and then said "Ok Aria, do you think I can get one of just these 5 girls"
Lizzy and I grinned
I gave everyone a last hug before we jumped on the coach
I hoped on with Lizzy we looked around we were last on the bus, there was two sets of chairs left one in front of Jackson and his idiot friend or behind the teacher.
Lizzy knew staright away and sat behind the teacher I gave her a smile and sat next to her
At least thr teacher was both our favourite he was an old man with a sweet heart but was Jacksons Granddad but this teacher was still my favourite no matter what we were like two peas in a pod.
We both set up our stuff and said "Ready for a 24 hour road trip and we whipped out the food"
