21 February' 24

It was the date of the official commencement  of our ever so grand project, as it said, the temptation always cause hard work, so do we had to.

After our strenuous duty or classes, everyday we had to give our two to three hour of time for this, this amount of time was allotted for the group discussion only, apart from that, we also had to invest our time to complete the research work.

The schedule for upcoming six months would be too hectic too describe, but we had to toil for greater good.

After the continuous duty of 10 hours, which got ended at 5 of the afternoon or rather dusk, I was heading toward the designated meeting hall by us after having some light snacks.

The meeting for today was scheduled to be at 6 of the afternoon, keeping in thought of every department and their timing. Raghav would join the meeting straight from his gym, such a envious stamina he possessed.

One would often find me slacking after a vigorous day at gym, but for the sake of the physic , I had to bear the burn of it.

On the way to meeting hall, I quickly grabbed a iced coffee, to keep my fatigue away during the discussion. It was still 30 minutes left be 6, I was early, though, having a stroll around the front garden seemed to be too luscious, I chose against of it.

I would never be that much thankful to my conscience for choosing this decision. Entering the hall, the first sight that I encountered with was a bit exhausted woman figure sitting at one of the desk at the first row, keeping her head down on the table.

The curiosity to know about the woman there was too strapping to avoid. With a low cough rambling from my throat, caused the woman in front of me to lift her face.

And there she was, again. Prashmita.

Clothed in a off white mid length kurti, she was sitting there with a worn out face, might be due to arduous duty, obviously they do, she was from department of neurosurgery.

When I first heard about her being admitted into this department, I was so effervescent to have the knowledge about her achievement. During her internship, one of her research paper was published, where she had expressed about to being in the part of the department of neurosurgery.

And she was succeeded. With the remunerative jo profile this department offered, one had to give all their blood , sweat and tears to achieve that feat, with the duty of 100-120 hours of duty in a week and continuous research and classes one is ought to be exhausted.

But my concern was, her six month assessment would clash with this project, how would she handle so much of toil.

I was so indulge into my  thoughts  that I would miss her feeble voice, if not, I was standing too close to her. It was her voice. The enervation might have caused her voice to be more raspy than the usual.
