As the Chautari began their invasion of New York under Loki's command across the ocean high in the sky the Hellicarrier floated while inside the team was scattered with Natasha checking in her partner and best friend Clint Barton aka Hawkeye while Steve spoke with Tony as the Iron Man dealt with his grief over the agent who pestered him for so many years, but in detention area where Loki's prison sat Oliver stood staring down at the blood stain left by Phil's death.

Oliver POV:
'I'm sorry Phil.' I thought as I stared down at the pool of blood where Phil's body once laid before it was taken away by the Medical staff.
"Help!" "Someone Help Us!" "Run!"
As I continued to think about my lost friend suddenly my hearing picked screams of terror and people begging for help causing me to turn and use my X-ray vision and focused causing my eye sight to zoom in on New York where I saw Aliens attacking the city.

"I have to go." I muttered as I held up my ring causing it to open up with my suit flying out before I used my super speed to run in a circle and change into my suit.
After changing into my suit I ran out onto the helipad before I jumped off the edge and flew off towards New York.
