I curse her name in my head all day.
Mom comes home with Dave, her new boyfriend from picking up Ellie from summer school.
"Andie honey you and Rae have to take care of Ellie while me and Dave go out ok?"
"Ok momma"
I sit with Rae on my bed while Ellie watches one of her shows.
"I fucking hate him. I really loved him you know?"
Rae could tell I was upset but she never really cared much.
"Look he's been with Sylvia on and off for like 3 years of course he's gonna go back to her"
That really hurt.
"Ouch"
Me and Rae continue taking care of Ellie for the night with a few of my input about Roman here and there.
We put Ellie to sleep and me and Rae both go to our beds. While I look at my phone screen a notification pops up.
