Mini-golfing?

Kaylee's POV

Did I seriously ask if they want to go mini-golfing? Must have been the nerves talking since I've never been mini-golfing.. Great, now when I tell Austin I've never been he's going to think I'm a pathetic fan who only wants his "help". Why am I so stupid?

"Uh.. Sure." Austin says confused but with an excited smile. Gosh what this boy does to me. "But can we go change?" He asks. They've been here for almost two hours now and I hadn't noticed they were dressed up. But why? Meagan and I aren't that special. But anyway, I nod my head and at that they race downstairs.

"So where did mini-golfing come from?" Meagan asks. "Honestly Meagan, I have no idea. Ever since you-know-who came here I've been saying EVERYTHING on my mind. I even told Austin about Ben and just about balled my eyes out.." I say desperately. "Help! I don't even know how to mini-golf."

As I scream that I turn around to both Alex and Austin looking at me with confused faces. "You don't know how to mini-golf? What kind of teenager are you!?" He screams as he giggles at what I just yelled. After he's done laughing he asks, "so why did you ask us to go then?" All I can do is blush and say, "I thought it'd be fun." He smirks at what I think is my blushing and says, "well I guess I'll be your teacher then." Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Did I hear that right? Now there's a permanent smile on my face.

"Are you two lovebirds going to get in the car or just stare at each other all day?" Alex asks as he winks at me. I start to blush again as Austin smiles at me. We start out the door and get into the car. As I sit in the passengers seat, Austin is driving. He's so cute. We pull out of my driveway and we're off to Weetee.. What did I get myself into?

Austin's POV

God Kaylee looks great today. She's wearing a tank top and jacket with boot cut jeans that fit her figure perfectly. She's looks perfect. As we walk up to where we pay I make sure I'm well ahead of everyone. "Four for mini-golf please." As i hand over forty dollars I look to Kaylee. She has a confused look on her face. "What?" I ask her. "I had enough for Meagan and me. You didn't have to pay for us." She states. All I do is smile at her and before she blushes she turns her head. God what this girl does to me.

"Thank you Austin," she says with a smile. Hearing my name come out of her mouth just feels right. "Anytime," I say confidently.

As we get to the first hole I let Meagan and Alex ahead of us. I wanted privacy for Kaylee and I as I teach her to mini-golf. "Good luck," Alex whispers to me. All I can do is smile.

"So how do I do this?" She asks. I start to go to help her. "Uh.. Can I.. Uh show you?" I ask hesitantly. She smiles reassuringly and says yes. So as I begin to wrap my arms around hers I guide her through the swing. We both watch the ball go straight into the hole as were still linked by our arms. She's jumps out of my arms and screams with joy. "That was awesome!" She says as a big smile is plastered on her face. She runs up to me and gives me a big hug. As I have her in my arms I spin in a circle and set her down. I want this hug to last forever but as we lock eyes she gets embarrassed. "It's your.. Uh turn." She says. Yet again those cheeks are bright pink making my stomach get butterflies.

We play all eighteen holes and meet up with Alex and Meagan. I think to myself how I'm going to ask Kaylee. How I'm going to make her my girlfriend. And it pops into my head. All I can do is wait until Friday's show.
