"Knock, Knock, Knock"

I was so deep in my sleep and just about heard my front door knocking, I got up and fixed my bonnet while pulling on my dressing gown before running downstairs. I pulled open the front door and grinned sleepily at my best friend, Ria.

"Fucking hell man, I actually thought you was dead or something Kyra" she stepped in and hugged me as I shut my door, she walked over to the couch and sat down kicking her J's off.
"Can I ask why you decided to turn up at my house at 9 in the morning, you know I had to work late last night" I sat beside her and stretched pulling my phone out my pocket to see a few missed calls.

"Well you know me and the girls are rolling to that house party tonight and we both know your little freak buddys gonna be there" I slapped her leg as she laughed after speaking and then she slapped me back.
"You know me and Skreamz are just good friends beside how can I be fucking with him after you know me and Chucky did tings. I'd basically be asking to get cheffed up" I get up and look down at her before walking away into the kitchen.

"So, its just dick. How can man be wanting to fight you because you wanna take it from more than one" I look over at her and almost tell her to shut the fuck up but instead I just roll my eyes.
"Just coz you're fucking Dots yeah, don't even start with me" she laughs loud and tells me shut up and I laugh at her.

Time flies by quickly and before I know it we were in my room getting ready with the rest of the girls making their way later on. I tied my curls up into a high bun and helped Ria do a half up half down style with her braids, we slicked down baby hairs and picked out matching outfits. We both picked black jeans, white crop tops and nike tech hoodies: mine was blue and Ria's was white. I was just fixing my eyelashes and lipgloss when my phone dinged, I looked down to see it was Skreamz.

S: Yo wys B. You rolling tru later?
K: Yh, me and Ria are getting ready now. Why was you gonna come get me? x
S: Nah, coming with the mandem init but I was just tryna see if I could roll tru first x
K: Maybe later ;)

I put down my phone and pulled my blue dunks on shaking my head. Me and Skreamz have had this thing going on since Year 10, its obvious we like eachother but we haven't ever done anything to make it official especially after I was in some weird friends with benefits thing with Chucky (don't ask why I fucked with man over dem sides. He never used to be about the gang life). After me and Chucky deaded what we had, I started getting back close with Skreamz and we had sex unintentionally after we all went to this party so then we decided to make it a casual thing. We've had sex probably 3 times a week since we was 17, we're 19 now.

Ria called the Uber and I locked my front door after turning all the lights off and shutting my windows.
We get to the party 15 minutes later and I look around expecting to see one of TB's at least but none of them were here. We go to get drinks and I see Vee, a girl I ain't spoke to since I stopped talking to Chucky which was mainly because I caught them fucking behind blocks but thats for another time.
The music started up and I got led out to the middle of the floor, the vibes were going as me and Ria were dancing and I felt her nudge me. I followed her eyeline and saw Tazer and the rest of the mandem walk in, my eyes settiling on Skreamz and damn did he look good. Everybody went silent as they walked through the crowds of people till they got to us and I smiled feeling Skreamz press himself into my back.

"You lot look good uno, Kyra's batty just gets bigger everytime I see it" I hear Twosie say and smile, knowing Skreamz was shooting him daggers watching as he looked behind me and his smile fell.
Ayo, chill that's my cousin you're talking about still" Tazer punches him in his arm and I laugh making him look at me and he smiles back, forgot to mention Tazer aka Tayo is my cousin which is why I'm keeping the fact that me and Skreamz are on tings a secret because that's Tayo's best friend.

Melanie, the girl that's hosting the party walks over and taps Tayo lightly on his shoulder. "The sixer boys are outside and they said if you don't come out they'll come in" Tazer looks at me and then looks at Skreamz who was now stood beside me and I feel the atmosphere in the room change completely, I watch as Tiny comes from behind one of my girls and runs to look out the window. "There's a bag of dem" Tiny turns and looks at Skreamer and Tazer after he spoke.
"I know Chucky deserves to get chop up but there ain't enough of you man and you know me and Ria don't go nowhere without protection" I lift up my hoodie showing Taze and Skreamz my shank. tucked into my jeans waistband and Ria does the same showing Twosie and Dots.
I could hear Chucky screaming talking about carving sixes into Tayo's forehead and I almost lost my shit coz I don't play about my cousin, I brushed past Skreamz with Ri right behind me, I could hear Skreamz and Tiny telling me to come back but ignored them and walked outside coming face to face with Chucky in the middle of the road.

"Why don't you do me and everyone else a favour and fuck off" he looks shocked and takes a few steps toward me and I step back feeling Ria's hand on my arm.
"Bad gyal Kyra yeah, never used to chat to me like that when I was dicking you down tho" I hear all the sixer man making noise as he pulls me into him and I push him back hearing footsteps come outside. I turn around and see Tazer staring him down, I walk over to him and he pushes me and Ria back onto the other side of the street.
"Taze don't there's too many of them" he looks over at me for a minute as one of the sixers throw a glass bottle at him, he doesn't have time to react as Chucky runs forward and slices Tazer in his side. I watch all the mandem run off and run over to Tazer as he's clutching his side.

"Someone call the fucking ambulance man" I hear Ria shouting while I trying to apply pressure to his wound, I look up as the sixers run away when we hear sirens.

"Don't worry Tayo, you're gonna be alright just hold on cuz" I can feel him gripping onto my jacket while I keep my hand on his side.
