Y/N - Where are the files!?

You started searching the files all over your office but they were nowhere to be found. You didn't knew what to do and your cabin was already a mess.

Y/N's pov-

How will I even tell him? what will I tell him? That the files are nowhere to be found and me the COO of the company, his wife is behind all this mess. We worked really hard and now all our hardwork is in water!?? What should I do. Godd! I need to tell him. I need to tell him the truth, I can't hide it anymore. But how am I gonna tell him. Shut up Y/N you have created this mess now go and face it. You're not a coward!!

I tried my best to motivate myself but I couldn't. I jst couldn't. I don't know how will I even face him.

I didn't realised I was already infront of his cabin, save me please.

I knocked and soon I got a reply which was definitely a happy one. But soon it will turn into anger, I'm sorry Taehyung.

I entered inside and saw him looking at some files.

Y/N - Tae-

Taehyung - You brought the files? What took you soo long?

Y/N - Actually...

Taehyung - What happened.

I was looking down the whole time but now I can see his chin turned towards me and not the files. And my hands were already shaking.

Y/N - I-

Taehyung - Jst tell me Y/N

Y/N - Ilosthefiles!!

Taehyung - You what!? Stop talking nonsense and tell me clearly.

Y/N - I- I lost the files Taehyung.

Taehyung - You what!? You're kidding right.

Y/N - No- I- I'm n-not.

Taehyung -  (staring at her in disbelief) What do you mean, lost? HOW COULD YOU LOSE SOMETHING SO IMPORTANT?

Y/N - I don’t know how it happened. I had them last night, and now they’re gone. I’ve looked everywhere.

Taehyung - (rising from his chair, his voice cold) THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, Y/N. Those files were crucial for our presentation. Do you understand what this means for us?

Y/N - I do, and I’m really sorry. I was up late working on them, trying to make sure everything was perfect.

Taehyung - SORRY ISN’T GOOD ENOUGH! We’re running a business here, not playing games. Your carelessness could cost us everything!

Y/N - (your voice shaking) I know I made a mistake, but yelling at me won’t solve anything. We need to figure out what to do next.

Taehyung - (angrily) YOU SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT BEFORE LOSING THE FILES. This kind of incompetence is inexcusable!

Y/N -  (trying to hold back tears) "I’m not incompetent. I’ve been working just as hard as you, trying to meet your expectations.
