"I'm sorry what did ya say?! Yer gonna do what now Suna?!" Atsumu yelled from the other end of the phone taking some of Suna's hearning in the process. "I don't know if thats a good idea Sunarin, I know it's mine and Samu's birthday, but that could end really badly for not just Samu but ya too!"
"I'll be fine Atsumu, stop worry! You sound like my mother! It's not gonna be anything too fancy, just something simple and easy. Fancier stuff is Samu's job not mine." Suna tried to reasure the blond, which wasn't really working to well considering what the former middle blocker was planning for his lover. "Anyway I should go get started as Osamu will be back from work soon enough, bye Tsumu."
"Bye, Suna, jut try not to burn ya house down, if ya did Samu would be more than a lil pissed at ya, he might just throw hands and dont call me when that happens!" The older twin warned the fox like boy with a small sigh.
*Call ended*

Suna knew he wasn't the best cook, in the world and he also knew that's why Osamu offered to do most of the cooking in their house, but it was his birthday and Suna wanted to surprise him with some ramen. It was the simplest thing Suna could think of.... that he hoped he wouldn't mess up. He couldn't mess it up, right?
Then again back in high school he some how burned water, and started a fire! No he didn't forget about it and burn the pan, he actually burned the god damn water which somehow started burning the home ec kitchen! To this day no one knows how he managed to do it, not even him, and it's safe to say that was the last time Osamu let the younger in a kitchen with the intent of cooking anything, espacially boiling water... in a pan.
But he had to have gotten better at cooking since then right? Sure he hadn't cooked in years, but, that's how it works right? The more time passes the better people get at things..... even if they dont do it? So keeping that in mind Suna put the kettle on to boil the water (insted of using a pan thank god), and grabbed out a pan for the ramen noddles.

It was all going well, too well, so Suna got ahead of himself and grabbed from chicken to fry off in the fry pan to add to the top of the ramen which smelled pretty good so far.
"It's all going well so this will too. I'm sure." Suna mummbled to himself putting the FROZEN, ICEY, chicken in the fry pan with HOT OIL. Oh how wrong he could be!
As soon as Suna dropped the chicken in he heard the door open and close, while the spitting oil was violating his face he grabbed something to move the chicken around with.
After he grabbed a spacual he started moving the chicken around in the pan the causing the ice to melt more and more making the oil spit at him A lot more with more violance.
It caught him by surprise as it spat close to his eye. He quickly moved his free hand to his eye, knocking over the pan in the process, spilling the oil all over his arm, the floor and the stove!
The oil mixed with the gas from the cooker causing a fire to break out! The flames slowly en gulfed the whole stove as Suna screamed in pain.
"AHHHHH SHIT!"
"Foxy whats happ-" The younger heard the older start as he assumed the other walked into the kitchen to see the mess of a surprise... well what was meant to be a surprise. "WHAT IN HELL HAPPENED SUNA!" Samu, grabbed the fire extinguisher, starting to put out the fire."I-I'm sorry, I-I just wante-" He began his voice shakey and scared as he got up and tried to help his lover.
"Do you know what Rin just go away, you're gonna make this worse if you help!" The latter snapped at him. That hurt, that really hurt.Sure he knew what The silver haired was saying was just the truth, but it hurt hearning it from the one he cared for the most. Suna had to force his tears back as he took a step back from Osamu and the fire which had slowly shrank thanks to the former spiker.
"I tried, I swear, I didnt mean this to happen!" He yelled as he ran to their spare bathroom down the hall from the kitchen, Locking the door behind him, turning on the tap to hide his sobs, then slipped down the back of the door ignoring the intence pain shooting through his left arm.
He really messed up this time and he knew it, how couldn't he after all that. He had good intentions when he started cooking for his lover's birthday surprise, but he cant even do that right. His sobs grew louder and and louder. He was now so thankful he thought to turn on the tap when he entered.
"I messed up, I'm a mess! I'm useless, I just make more problems for Samu, I'm not good enough for him, I'm just a ......mis-take" The last word came out broken though a sob as he stood up and walked over to the cupboard above the sink and pulled out a small tube of something.
"I'm sorry Samu.... I tried, I swear..... I really did....."
