𐙚: ̗̀➛  occasionally he'd show a little bit of extroverted side around people he's comfortable around with: his closest friends.
𐙚: ̗̀➛  y/n is hyper independent who tends to always keep all his problems bottled up to himself and will refuse every help needed until he's practically falling apart.

Character backstory:

𐙚: ̗̀➛  y/n has an immense family problems as his dad cheated on his wife when y/n was 8 years old. He would occasionally look for other women, because of this, they both refused to get divorced as it was too expensive to pay off, leading to the decision of having an open relationship.
𐙚: ̗̀➛  y/n's dad was always absent through out his life and was never there to fulfill his role of being a father.
𐙚: ̗̀➛  Thus, it has always been him, his mom and his older sister in his family.
𐙚: ̗̀➛  Whenever y/n's dad would stay over at their house, it would be a terrifying experience. He wasn't really abusive but he can be when he gets angry or nothing come to his way. Especially verbally abusive.
𐙚: ̗̀➛  y/n had always worked his life to fulfill his role as a child to make his mother happy and proud as this was the least he can do for his mom. Hence why he is academically intelligent.

𐙚: ̗̀➛  Through out his childhood, everything was self taught. He didn't want to burden his mom, who struggled mentally and financially after her 'divorce' with her ex husband. Also, his big sister already having a hard time processing everything and having a burden to fulfill her role as the big sister. So he had no one but himself.
𐙚: ̗̀➛  This practically also impacted the fact that he keeps his problems to himself, not wanting to be seen as a burden.
𐙚: ̗̀➛  Practically, he didn't have a childhood.
𐙚: ̗̀➛  y/n had also grew a hatred towards his so called 'dad'.
