"Keori!" Siah yelled walking in Mora's house calling her by her middle name with food in his hand. He closed the door behind him before walking further inside, going to the kitchen.
He didn't hear her say anything back making him frown. Once he set the food down on the counter he picked up his phone, unlocking it going to the facetime app clicking on her contact.
"Why are you facetiming me ?" He turned around hearing her voice. She walked off the stairs, walking closer to him & pecked his lips. "I thought you wah' sleep or some." He mumbled looking down at her.
"Omg you brought me food." She smiled looking at the american deli sitting on the counter. "You told me you wah' hungry." He shrugged watching her ass move in the little shorts she had on with a sports bra.
"Yea but I didn't think you were gonna' bring me some food." When they were on the phone earlier and she was talking about how she was craving american deli, she wasn't expecting him to go get her none.
"Just eat & hush." He waved her off, she mugged him grabbing her food out the bag. He leaned on the counter just staring at her as she opened up her plate.
She smiled seeing that he ordered exactly what she said she was craving.
"You didn't order you anything ?" She tilted her head to the side noticing it wasn't anymore plates in the bag. "Nah , I wan' hungry." He licked his lips.
She hummed picking up one of her chicken tenders, dipping it into the ranch before taking a bite. Both of them sot in a comfortable silence as she ate & he just looked around.
"What is your occupation ?" She asked breaking the silence, trying to make conversation. He looked over at her raising his eyebrows. "Construction manager, why ?" He answered.
"Ouuu that sounds interesting, do you actually help build peoples houses or you just sit back and watch?" She picked up three fries dipping them in the ranch.
"Sometimes I help. Then some days I just supervise and make sure the buildings good and shit." He shared, she hummed chewing on her food.
Messiah loved his job even tho it took him awhile to get promoted as a manager. Construction was something he really enjoyed.
"You do hair right ?"
"Don't ask me no dumb ass questions." She smacked her teeth making him laugh. "I wah' just tryna' keep the conversation going mama." He laughed.
"You could've asked anything else, you know I do hair." She playfully rolled her eyes, he waved her off.
His phone dinged indicating someone texted him.He reached in his pocket,pulling his phone out, seeing he had a message from one of his employees.

"Speaking of work, I gotta go up thea' & look at this project." He sighed slipping his phone back in his pocket. She pouted wishing he could stay a little bit longer.
He walked around the counter, over to her & wrapped his arms around her waist. "Put yo' lip back in yo' mouth." He leaned down pecking her lips.
"You haven't even been here twenty minutes tho." She laid her head on his chest. "I know mama, but i'ah come back once i'm done."
