I got into our room just in time. I took one last sip of my milkshake, threw it in a bin and headed for my desk. Hoping that the guy from before would be my classmate, I scanned the room to see if he's already seated.

Maybe he belongs to a different class.

I erased my thoughts and prepared myself for the entry of our teacher.

Just like any first day of school scenarios, our time was consumed mostly by the introduction of the teachers to the students and vice versa, so there really wasn't any story worth telling. Aside from the morning dilemma that I faced awhile ago, the day went just fine. I still think about that boy though. How am I going to pay for the milkshake?

The next morning, I did my usual routine and headed to school. Frantic about losing money again, I bought a new wallet where I kept a portion of my allowance, while the remaining of it I stored in a compartment inside my bag. That way I can avoid the trouble of having a random boy pay for my bill if ever I lose my wallet again.

But just as I thought my encounter with him had halted, the boy was once again boarding the same bus that I'm riding. And again, he seated at the seat opposite to mine, not minding my presence at all. He dozed off just a few moments after seating, his earphones hooked on both ears. A few minutes after, the bus ticket collector comes in and collects the fares for the passengers. When he reached our area, I took out my wallet and paid.

 "I'll be paying for him"

Now I don't know why I did that. Was it because I didn't want his sleep to get interrupted? or because I wanted to pay back for what he did to me?

I scooted a few inches towards him and scanned his face a little more. Now that he's sleeping, his skin seems to glisten with the sun's rays striking. He looks very calm, and his face looks so bright. If he didn't have that cold aura whenever he talks, he'd look really friendly.

As the bus stopped on my destination, I took off and glanced at him one last time.

He's cute.
