The next days went on like a breeze, and before I knew it, it was already the weekend. After our short conversation in the cafeteria, I didn't see Tawan anywhere in the campus. Even in the bus on the way to school, the seat opposite to where I usually sit remained empty. It didn't bother me that much, but I'm still a little curious as to where he is during those days.

I grabbed my notebook where my bucketlist is and checked if I can get anything done today.

○ watch a horror movie alone
○ eat a whole cake
○ go camping
 ○ go on a long drive
 ○ paint a picture
 ○ go to a theme park
 ○ have my first kiss

"Should I go watch a movie today?" , I asked myself.

I looked at the digital clock at my bedside table as it flashed 10:15, and got myself ready to watch a movie.

By the time I got to the cinema, the lines were already long. I hate queueing up as my patience is very short when it comes to things like this, but I figured the time and effort I exerted will go to waste if I stop now. And besides, I don't have the luxury of delaying my plans. I joined the line and checked if there's a horror film available. As I was looking at the monitors, my eyes caught a glimpse of someone familiar. It was Liam.

He's wearing a black shirt and pants, and his hair had the same style from the first time I met him. Does he not own a comb at home?

I debated wether or not I should approach him, but I remembered he said we weren't friends so I got rid of the idea. When it was my turn to buy the ticket, I went for Annabelle and took the schedule for 5 in the afternoon.

I had a few more hours to kill so I decided to go to an arcade just beside the cinema. I'm not really fond of playing arcade games as I don't regularly go to such places, but I figured I'd try playing since it's been years since I last went to an arcade. As I hopped through the different games in the vicinity, I reached the basketball game and tried my luck shooting. I never excelled in sports so I already knew I would shoot only a single or two balls, but I didn't expect my skills to be so awful that I shot none of them.

 "You suck at playing."

I turned around and saw Liam standing behind me, his arms crossed.

"Well are you any better?" , I replied teasingly.

He then moved and scooted me to the side saying , "Watch me."

When the timer started, he quickly grabbed one ball and shot a three pointer perfectly through the hoops. He looked back at me and smiled teasingly as if to say, I'm obviously way better.

When the time hit zero, the screen flashed a whopping 97 points.

"Treat me. I just showed you how to play perfectly."

Under normal circumstances I would have hit him by the nape and said no, but for some reason I said yes and treated him to a snack.

"What are you doing here by the way?" , I asked as I took a sip of my milkshake.

"Watching a movie, what else would I be doing?" , he replied while chomping on his quarter pounder. He really needs to start looking at me whenever we're talking.

"I'm watching Annabelle in a few minutes, so I'll be going now. Enjoy your movie then!" , I said as I stood up and took a last sip of my drink. And Just as I was about to walk away, he leaned up and chugged down his drink.

"Let's go inside together. I'm watching the same film." Well, it looks like I won't be watching alone today.
