A couple walked down the cobblestone paths of the park, their aura, it felt serene. The woman giggling as the man told a small joke, her eyes crinkling as a smile the seemed to glow sprouted on her cherry red lips. The man, who seemed to be enamored by the sight, as if he were looking at a painting made an angel who put the most heavenly thing it could think of on that paper, smiled softly as he stared, at the woman. Eyes never leaving the beautiful frame of her face.

"Wait-", the woman gasped, "He actually said that? No way!" The man summed to huff, almost as if he were reliving the moment, "Yes. Can you believe it? I was so weirded out!" The woman let a cackle leave her lips, the man tried to engrave that sound into his memory.

The man chuckled as he stopped the slow pace of their walking in front of the big oak tree. The same oak tree they've visited since kids. That same oak tree that they wrote their name into with the exact-o knife they took from her parents secretly. That same oak tree that they had their first kiss, lips meeting, knowing they were made for each other. Born for each other.

"Hun! Look! It's Big O-", the woman gasped, letting her arms slip away from the man's as she went up the feel the bark against her hands, touching the faded out, poorly writing initials in the bark, "She's gotten so old. Do you remember when-", she'd turn around to face the man, but it wasn't the sight of him looking at her with those adoring eyes.

Her voice lowered until none could hear it, her eye widening as she looked at the man who was kneeled to the ground on one knee in his 'date suit' he was so worried about getting dirty. His face looked as if he mixed honey love in his eyes and chocolate into the smile on his lips. He looked nervous, so so nervous. Eyebrows creased and smile wobbly, his chest heaving a little faster than usual.

"I know this comes at a surprise", the man began, voice soft, loving, "But, no matter what I do, my mind is filled with you. Call me possessive, but a hole is left in my heart when I think of you with someone who's not me." The man's smile became softer, reliving moments of the past with her, those precious memories the took up every part of his being.

"So, Alise Mia Riona, will you give me the honor of being in your life for the rest of forever? To give you all my love that I have to give? Will you marry me?", the man's voice became shaken, vision blurred from holding back tears of anxiety that threaten to spill with every blink.

But maybe, that's the excuse for the thing he was seeing. Maybe the lighting that was shaded from the tree wasn't right. Maybe. Maybe. Maybe. Maybe. Because Alise has always been so kind. Has always had a nice soft expression on her beautifully sculpted face. Because Alise doesn't glare. She doesn't look at anyone with a mocking expression on her face. Her eyes have never rolled at anyone at an attempt to be mean. Her smile has never been so sharp it could cut through his love soft heart.

But the man dismisses it as the woman wrapped her warm arms around him tightly. Those thoughts washing away with the sound of her voice softly saying "Yes". And those worries dry out when she places soft kisses upon his lips.
