Court Order-November 9, 2014

Oh god, I can't stand it. My trial's already done and done, why do I have to go again? I looked left across the court room and saw the plaintiff, an older man, probably in his 50s or so and balding. Just shave your head the rest of the way, and get it over with! His name's McNally... Or something along the lines of the good ol' Irish. What a tool.

My lawyer said this second trial wouldn't go over so hot, to he said to just sit back and let him do the work, cause apparently, I would mess it up. The judge is a middle aged Asian woman. She looks at me with pity for some reason. C'mon! Hurry the fuck up! Fucking bureaucrats. Hey! The jury's back! Maybe this will finally be over! This young man, most likely fresh out of college, stands up. "We the jury find the defendant... Guilty of all charges." Shit. The jury sits down. They all seem to be trying to avoid eye contact now. I grab my lawer, "Hey, I still have a chance to get off, right?" He shook his head, "I don't think so," he looked down, "I just hope all you get is no more than twenty years." My eyes opened wide, "Twenty years!?"

"If we're lucky, but now it's all up to the judge."

I turned around and saw my wife, Clairice, I had a feeling we won't be wed for much longer after this. I saw my mother and father, staring in disgust after hearing my crimes, along with most people there. But there's this one kid in the back wearing all black in a hoodie, expressionless. As of now the court was thunderous with people talking, yelling, and crying. Judge Judy, as I call her, smashed her gavel on the desk, "Order in the court!" The room silenced. "I charge James Matthew Ralley of forty-seven counts of first degree murder, two counts of vehicular manslaughter, and one count of armed robbery. I hereby condemn you to death. Your execution shall take place on the twenty second of May. Court dismissed.
