It was a school day, so the school was holding an indoor festival. All the clubs in the school had their own plans for the day's events.

There was a lot happening. There were kids making cosplay costumes, students working on large art projects, and others creating science projects. The school cooking club had prepared a variety of delicious food, and there was a "best food" competition. The music club had been working on a new song for the event, and everyone was excited to hear it. There were also various sports activities, such as football, basketball, kendo, bike racing, and running.

Everyone was excited, and the school had been busy for weeks planning this whole event.

The day before the festival, Giyuu and Sanemi had decided to cosplay as Rem and Ram from the Re:Zero anime series. Giyuu would cosplay as Rem, and Sanemi would be Ram.

Even though they looked nothing alike, they liked the idea of cosplaying the characters. It was Sanemi's idea, and Giyuu was just happy to spend the day together.

They decided not to do anything to their hair, as they couldn't find good quality wigs that Sanemi liked, and dyeing or cutting their hair was not an option.

Sanemi and Giyuu had contrasting personalities. Giyuu was quiet and distant, while Sanemi was energetic and outgoing. Their appearances also differed. Giyuu was slightly shorter than Sanemi and had mid-length black hair, while Sanemi had short, white hair with two side-hanging bangs. Giyuu had a more curved figure, while Sanemi was more slender. Giyuu had sharp but soft eyes with a more angular face shape, while Sanemi had big, almond-shaped eyes with long eyelashes and a rounder, oval-shaped face, though the scars on her face gave her features a sharper appearance.

When Sanemi came up with the idea of cosplaying Rem and Ram, she didn't even wait for Giyuu to respond. She simply took Giyuu's hand and dragged her to the mall to buy the maid outfits they needed. They had to make some adjustments, but Sanemi did it all since she knew how to sew. Her younger siblings often destroyed their clothes, and they couldn't afford to buy new ones, so Sanemi had learned to sew to repair their clothes.

They also had to handcraft the headbands that Rem and Ram wore, as they couldn't find good quality ones, and Sanemi insisted on making them together.

"Okay! All done! Giyuu, you stay here while I go try mine first, then you can try yours!" Sanemi exclaimed, having finished the minor details of the costumes.

"Okay," Giyuu said quietly, sitting on her bed since they were at Giyuu's place because Sanemi had a large family, and they wouldn't have been left alone.

Sanemi excitedly got up from the chair at Giyuu's desk and started undressing in front of Giyuu as if it was no big deal. Giyuu was taken aback and surprised by Sanemi's casual undressing, but Sanemi didn't notice Giyuu's reaction.

Pulling up her white shirt and then pulling down her short shorts, Sanemi reached for her costume. She put her head in first, then pulled it down enough to put her arms in the sleeves. She then used her hands to smooth out any wrinkles in the maid skirt. After putting on the rest of the accessories, she finally turned to Giyuu.
