Chapter One

jason's POV

I let out a groan, blindly slapping at my alarm clock until it turns off. I slowly pick up my phone, squinting at the bright screen.

DICKIE🦤: Don't be an ass to Roy.

I roll my eyes. "Fuck you too Dickhead." I mutter while throwing the covers off of myself and heading straight to my attached bathroom. I quickly wash my face and teeth before throwing on some black jeans and my red hoodie.
"Time to face the day." I mumble, pulling my bedroom door open.

Roy's POV

I step out the Zeta Tube right into the living room.  A girl probably around my age with green skin and orange hair is standing there. "You must be Roy, I'm M'gann." She introduces, a bright smile on her face.
I smile back. "Nice to meet you." I reply, spotting the small silver chain around her neck that has a blue and purple gem hanging from it. Omega and mated then.
"Let me give you a tour," she starts while spinning around on her heels. "You can leave you bag here." She calls over her shoulder, already making her way out of the living room. I nod even though she can't see, and place my duffle bag down onto the ground before quickly following her.

She gives me a quick tour, showing me the gym, meeting room, sleeping quarters, and a couple of hang out places. "And this is the kitchen!" She states happily, as we enter the last room. I nod, taking in the small kitchen and the three people that are sitting around the island. "This," M'gann starts while gesturing at the boy with short black hair and wearing a black shirt that has a Superman logo on it. Around his neck a silver necklace hangs, two gems dangle from it, one red one for alpha and a purple one as well. "Is my mate, Conner aka Superboy." She then spins to face the other boy. "And this is Kaldur'ahm aka Aqualad." The guy--Kaldur'ahm--has buzzed white hair and is wearing navy jeans with a white t-shirt, around his neck is a gold chain with a red gem. Alpha and unmated then. She takes a breath. "And that's," M'gann starts, pointing at a blond haired girl that is sitting beside Kaldur'ahm. "Artemis aka Tigress." M'gann finishes. Artemis has netruel blonde hair pulled back into a slick back ponytail and is wearing a green shirt with light blue jean short. A silver necklace hangs from her neck, a blue gem hangs from it.

"hi," Artemis greets, a small smirk on her lips as her eyes slowly roam over my body. 

"Hello." I state, taking a seat on the other side of Kaldur'ahm as M'gann takes a seat beside Conner. "So how many members do we have?" I ask, grabbing one of the cookies off of the platter in the middle of the island.

"There is; Conner, M'gann, Artemis, you, Jason, And Me." Kaldur'ahm replies. I nod, munching on my delicious chocolate chip cookie. 

As I am about to finish my cookie a young man with messy black hair that also has a streak of white running through the front of it, wearing black jeans and a red hoodie walks in. He heads straight to the fridge, not batting a eye at the people sitting at the island. He grabs out a black reusable water bottle before turning around to face the island. 

"Jason Todd." He states, making eye contact with me from across the room. 

"Roy Harper." I reply from my seat.

Jason eyes slowly wide as he gasps. "Really? I thought you where Ron Weasley's ugly Brother." Jason jeers, waving one hand in the general direction of the messy bun of red hair on top of my head

"Jason-", Kaldur'ahm begins.

"Gorgeous brother." I correct, Cutting Aqualalad off.

Jason pauses before saying "what?"
