I just wanted 2 rant/ yap a little about this old app, an app i used since i was 7-8!, Memasik!

 Released on Dec 26, 2017, Memasik was an epic app, people would interact, post memes and have fun in general! (at least on the Spanish version, the one i used to use, now i use english) There wasnt much drama or trolls, the people were genuinely fun, and the app was AMAZING! 

You didnt even had to have a lot of pics from your phone cause the app had a lot of memes and funny pics, you can even put your own text on them! but you didnt have all the memes 4 free, you had to get memecoins...

The ways 2 get memecoins are

1-buy.

2-get 5 likes on a post.

3-watchs a ad.

you could buy meme packs.. and they would be added on a bar...

that bar where you can see the troll face and all that.

People were also quite nice and there wasnt much meme stealers..

you could also upgrade your level with memecoins... and that lets you (or used 2, idk) publish gifs and videos! and probably let you publish more stuff... And the comunnity was active and trying to revive the app and make it better, just like some dudes like, somehow made it so 9 year olds or 10 year olds stopped asking and flooding the New and sometimes even TOP whit posts asking for likes, epic times indeed. We even had (and still have i guess) a rival, a app/web that did the same thing that memasik did, but now its kinda dead tbh.

I mean, old (spanish)  memasaik was great, but it did have its bad apples, like Basado, or that one kid who said she owned memasik and used gachalife, basically a queen gachatuber (reina gachatuber) that did bait. 

But  now.. the app is.. kinda gotten worse. Now its 2024, the world is slowly getting fucked and i have too much free time cause i recently started summer and passed all my classes... i had reactivated my second Memasik account and actually used it, cause i onlyu used it 2 talk with a ¨friend¨ that we no longer have contact whit.

Damn, i also remember when memasik went down, the memsik servers are literally on ucrania, or when we all thought memasik was banning all accounts.

i decided 2 look trough the new posts and...

i would say that their age must be the same or even lower than mine. All i saw was, brain rot, homophobia, Nazis, literal, fucking nazi flags, comunishm and sometimes racism, and you're lucky if you enter the New section and dont find porn, i literally saw two furries having gay sex, and when i was a bit younger and saw a PUSSY, a literall PUSSY, and by the size of it it didnt even seem the one of an adult.... wich makes me a bit uneasy... 

I would bet my old phone that they are NOT older than i.. its just, the vibe it gives me. just lemme show ya some pics.. I dont have any photos of the porn because umm... i kinda dont wanna have to emember those images nor have them.

When i tried 2 post a literal photo of my gender and my old sexuality (now i'm lesbian). People made fun of me, called me a whore, and mocked me, just 4 wanting to make a pride month post. Sadly, i do not had took a fucking screen shot, but there was a lot of homophobic shit on the TOP.

You like brainrot? Memasik haves that!

There's also real nazis.

But the thing that i hate the most in this app is that.. they ruined it.

Now you have very few cool memes.

You cannot coment on posts unless the user you're interacting with is subscribed 2 u and you're subscribed 2 them... or unless you haved an I phone.

but if you use an iphone you cant recive messages, upgrade your level, or even participate in memecoin stuff.

It had a glow down.

but there's also (very few) good users on memasik! one of them haves a yt channel and its a bout 2 make an iceberg!

But now, is it worth it dowloading this app?

Nope, Memasik is kinda dead and most of tyhe people who use it are nazis and other shitty people, and you  wont get more than idk 5, 20 if you're lucky. 

At least they dont have any AI.

That is kinda all i wanted 2 say about this app. have fun, i sure did writting all of this.
