Pain, all Jeonghan could feel was pain. His muscles burned and screamed with even the smallest movements, his body unable to hold itself up against the chair he was tied too. He wasn't sure how long he had been there, the pain and torture disorienting him to the point of confusion. He could barely even bother thinking, the pain taking too much out of his body. He wanted to be strong for Seungechol and his family but he was slowly loosing this battle, his fight leaving him with each slice of the blade and each scream of agony that left his chest. He didn't know how much more he could take before he broke, and that thought terrified him. Chan was in and out of his confined room, never sparing a glance his way unless he dragged a blade across his flesh. He didn't even ask him questions, Jeonghan figured he didn't even need to ask him anything. This was just a game to him, a game of predator and prey.
The sound of a heavy door sliding open jolted his body, his head moving the tiniest bit to glance at the approaching figure. He realized he had never seen the man before, his tall lean body unfamiliar in the dark shadows that occupied his prison. He wasn't sure if he was relived to see someone other than Chan, but at that moment he only cared about the bowl the man held. He felt saliva pour into his mouth, his hunger becoming known from the loud growls of his stomach. He winced from the movement, even his own stomach was a weapon against him.
"I was told to give you food, so here." The male placed the bowl onto the floor, his body dashing up just as the dish settled. He seemed uncomfortable in Jeonghan's presence, something the blonde decided he should take advantage of. Jeonghan let out a low whimper before he turned his head, trying to attract the eyes of the man before him. The stranger flinched from the noise, his eyes searching everywhere but Jeonghan's own.
"I'm sorry but I can't reach the bowl, could you please feed me?" He tried to look as vulnerable as he could, which wasn't that hard given his current state. The unknown man pondered for a while, Jeonghan loosing hope with each passing second of silence. The man finally caved in, grabbing the bowl and spoon, scooping the unknown food onto the utensil before he brought it to Jeonghan's mouth. He gobbled it gratefully, the taste wasn't the best but he was in no place to complain. He sighed when the man pulled away, the ache in his stomach slowly fading into a dull pain.
"Thank you, what's your name?" His voice cracked lightly, the male just nodding his head blankly. Jeonghan needed to build a relationship with this man, even if it was just based around pity, he would try anything to get out.
"My name is Jeonghan, although I have a feeling you may already know that." The man nodded slowly, his eyes still glued to the floor. Jeonghan sighed once more, "I'm sorry to ask but could you tell me what day it is? I've lost track of time from.... Well you know." The man glanced up at Jeonghan's face, a flicker of pity flashed in his eyes before it vanished. Jeonghan tried not to show his excitement at the man's emotions, instead adorning a pained smile.
"It's Sunday, you've been here for two days now." Jeonghan gulped while he nodded, fuck it's been longer than he thought. The male turned to walk away from him, his small body carrying itself quietly over the floors. The male walked towards the door and paused, his hand hovering over the handle before he turned around.
"The name is Jimin."
And then he was gone, leaving Jeonghan alone once more in the cold abyss. He felt his eyes grow heavy with exhaustion, his body barely able to remain awake anymore. He tried to hold on for a few more moments, his thoughts wondering to Seungechol once more before he felt sleep wash over him. Seungcheol, just where the fuck are you?
𖨆"Wakey wakey! Eggs and mother fucking bakey!" Jeonghan awoke to the sound of Soon-young's loud voice in his ear, the blonde wincing at the intrusion. Why must he be so fucking loud in the morning?
