Phoebe was told that her class had a school project and that they had assigned partners, which annoyed her, but she couldn't do anything about it. Her and her assigned partner, Alex, planned to work on the project at Phoebe's house. As Phoebe and Alex, sat at the kitchen table, brainstorming ideas for their project, Phoebe couldn't help but feel a chill run down her spine. She glanced around, and that's when she saw Catherine's ghostly form hovering in the corner, her eyes fixed intently on Alex. Phoebe tried to focus on the project, but she couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. Catherine's gaze grew more intense, her eyes flashing with a mix of emotions Phoebe couldn't quite read. At times, it seemed like jealousy, and at others, disgust. Phoebe's heart raced as she wondered why Catherine was reacting this way. She tried to brush it off as mere curiosity, but the intensity of Catherine's gaze made her uneasy.

Phoebe's mind raced with questions, but she couldn't quite put her finger on what was bothering her. She tried to concentrate on the project, but her eyes kept drifting back to Catherine, who seemed to be growing more agitated by the minute. Phoebe's thoughts swirled with possibilities, but she couldn't quite grasp what was happening. She felt like she was missing something, something important. As the minutes ticked by, Phoebe's discomfort grew. She shifted in her seat, trying to shake off the feeling, but it only seemed to intensify.

As soon as Alex left the room to grab a snack, Phoebe turned to Catherine and asked, "Hey, what's going on with you?" Catherine's ghostly form shrugged, her eyes evading Phoebe's. "I don't know what you're talking about." Phoebe frowned, sensing that something was off. "You were acting weird just now, staring at Alex like that. Is everything okay?" Catherine's expression remained neutral, but Phoebe could tell she was hiding something. Phoebe's curiosity was piqued, and she was determined to get to the bottom of Catherine's strange behavior.

She pressed on, asking, "Catherine, what's going on? You can tell me." But Catherine just shook her head and disappeared into thin air, leaving Phoebe with more questions than answers. Phoebe sighed, feeling frustrated and confused. She didn't know what was going on with Catherine, but she was determined to find out. She sat back in her chair, her mind racing with possibilities, as she tried to make sense of the strange encounter.
