Meditate. Look to your INNER wolf.

Apparently along with 'calming stress' and 'curing illness', meditation creates werewolves. 

It there anything meditation can't do these days?

What to do:

Meditate. 

Think of being a wolf. 

Think of the change, and all the things that come along with it. All your senses. Sight, Taste, Touch, Hearing and Smell. Consider then all. 

Make sure you'll have no disruptions, and just try to find a calm and comfortable situation where you're alone and at peace with no worries, or anything hindering you. 

If you're worried, or disturbed by an outside element, it will be harder to be at peace and to meditate.
