Chapter 47: Teasing in the Kitchen

The morning after their first night together, BTS and Y/N decided to start their day with a hearty breakfast. The kitchen buzzed with energy and laughter as they gathered to cook together. It was a rare moment of normalcy and togetherness, a welcome break from their usually hectic schedules.

Jin, ever the chef, took charge. "Alright, everyone, let's make this breakfast unforgettable. Y/N, you're with me on pancake duty."

Y/N nodded enthusiastically, grabbing a mixing bowl. She felt a warm sense of belonging as she stood next to Jin, ready to assist. "Yes, Chef!"

Meanwhile, J-Hope and Jimin were in charge of setting the table. Their playful banter filled the air as they competed to see who could arrange the dishes the fastest. "You're too slow, Jimin!" J-Hope laughed, earning a playful nudge from his friend.

Suga and RM were tasked with preparing the fruit salad. Suga, with his calm demeanor, meticulously cut the fruits, while RM struggled a bit with the peeling. "Why is this so hard?" RM muttered, making Suga chuckle.

V and Jungkook were on drink duty, tasked with making fresh juice and brewing coffee. "Do you want orange juice or apple juice, Y/N?" V asked, flashing a charming smile.

"Both, please!" Y/N replied, laughing as she mixed the pancake batter.

Jungkook, determined to impress, started the coffee machine and turned to Y/N. "Your wish is our command," he said with a wink.

As the kitchen activities continued, the atmosphere grew more playful. Jin, sensing the perfect moment, decided to start the teasing. "Y/N, did you know Jungkook tried to make coffee for you three times this morning and messed up each time?"

Y/N giggled, looking at Jungkook, who blushed slightly. "Really, Kookie? I appreciate the effort!"

Jungkook rubbed the back of his neck, smiling sheepishly. "I just wanted it to be perfect for you."

Not to be outdone, Jimin joined in the teasing. "You should have seen Tae and Kookie fighting over who gets to pour you a drink first. It was like watching two kids in a candy store."

Y/N laughed, feeling a warmth spread through her. "You guys are too sweet."

Suga, always one for witty remarks, chimed in. "Just wait until you see Jin in his element. He takes pancakes very seriously."

Jin pretended to be offended. "Hey, making perfect pancakes is an art form!"

RM, trying to keep a straight face, added, "And Y/N, if you need any philosophical discussions over breakfast, I'm your guy."

Y/N shook her head, laughing. "I'll keep that in mind, Namjoon."

As they continued to cook, the teasing and laughter filled the kitchen, creating a joyful and loving atmosphere. Y/N felt incredibly grateful for these moments, knowing she was surrounded by such caring and fun-loving partners.

When the food was finally ready, they all gathered around the table, admiring their collective efforts. The spread included fluffy pancakes, a colorful fruit salad, freshly squeezed juices, and steaming cups of coffee.

J-Hope raised his glass. "To us, and to many more mornings like this."

"Cheers!" everyone echoed, clinking their glasses together.
