Quirks and Magic (MHA X SVTFOE)

Chapter 6: First day

After the UA entrance exam, all the faculty members gather in the conference room, as the anthropomorphic animal promised. They now discuss the glaring matter that fogs some of the pro-heroes minds after what they read from a file from a certain starry student.

"What the hell is this?!" A loud slam on the wooden table echoed throughout the room. The Hunting Dog Hero: Hound Dog, yelled out his growing confusion and... mostly confusion. True to the name and quirk, the large canine hero speaks incoherently and violently, with a mix of words and a sound resembling a dog's growl. "Are you playing a game with us, sir?! Is this part of the rock, paper, scissors?!"

The UA headmaster only smiles at the hunting hero as he looks at Aizawa, who had grown accustomed to the eccentricities of the animal headmaster, sighed wearily as he dove under the desk and returned right up carrying a large stack of papers. The identical paper he had previously signed at his apartment when the young prince showed up at his door.

All the faculty members looked at the paper within Aizawa's hands, now adding to their confusion as the voice hero spoke out. "Uh... since I wasn't in the monitoring room, can anyone explain to me why we are here again? Is this about the white carriage stuff?" Well, his confusion is more due to the lack of context prior to the entrance exam.

"Well, you're certainly on the right track, my friend!" The rodent principal exclaimed as the unkempt man placed the paper on the UA principal side of the table, making a loud pounding sound that demonstrated how much the stack of papers weighed. Aizawa could tell that some of them were praying that it wasn't extra paperwork that may cause them neck pain, such as Present Mic, Midnight, and even All Might, who seemed ready to keel over just from glancing at the pile of papers next to the principal.

The anthropomorphic headmaster took a piece of paper on top of the stack. His beady eyes on the contract as he continued. "When the white carriage appeared, UA welcomed a very exciting guest. Present Mic." all of the UA faculty members turned their heads at the voice hero, who pointed himself in confusion when the rodent principal called his hero name. "Do you remember what happened next?"

The aforementioned hero pondered for a moment or two before realizing what the rodent principal was talking about. "Oh, two days ago, when the white carriage appeared and lo and behold everyone! I think I might have got to speak with a royalty! Radical right?!" Present Mic exclaimed, a triumphant fist pump punctuating his words. He reflected briefly on the encounter, reveling in the satisfaction of ticking off a major item from his bucket list without ever needing to leave the confines of UA. As for the identity of the royalty, it could have been anyone from the Danish royal family to a member of their own imperial house.

"He did wha—"

All Might's words were cut short as the UA principal faked a cough on his furry hands, diverting their focus back to the anthropomorphic animal. The headmaster preserved Present Mic for an upcoming query from his colleagues, as the voice hero failed to realize. "Before we go any further...'' The unkempt man distributes the documents to the other faculty members, delivering them one by one of the contracts he signed previously. The UA members took a minute to examine the provided papers, expressing the same uncertainty as Aizawa's before; confusion and surprise spread like wildfire.

"Mewni?"

"Magic!?"

"M-Mewberty?! what!?"

They turn their heads to the rodent principal, confusion clearly written on their faces. The aforementioned headmaster of the top heroic academy smiled as he began speaking, in a cheerful excitement. The anthropomorphic animal, their headmaster, watched the reactions of his faculty members with an air of amusement. He had intentionally kept this surprise hidden until now, relishing in the unexpectedness of it all. The rodent principal's eyes sparkled with mischief as he listened to their conversations, eager to see how they would navigate this new development. "This year is full of surprises, isn't that fascinating?"
