Lucia set the suit hanger on the back of her boss's office door. She was still angry and trying to calm herself down even now that she was back in the office. Just seeing Haydn again had set something off inside of her.
The door opened and in walked Mr Stein.

"Lucia.." he said with a debonair smile. "Thank you for doing that for me... take a seat..." he said to her as he sat behind his own desk. "Tell me a bit about yourself... something that you didn't say in your interview with my partner...."

"If you're my PA I'm going to need to get to know you and vice versa... it is a good practice session to get to know each other on a more personal level.... I'll start us off... I've got no wife, no kids, I have 3 brothers, 1 of them lives with me, cos he is a jackass and he needs reigning in" He then looked at her. "Now it's your turn..."
"Okay... well, I'm an only child... my mama passed away earlier this year.... and I like to be kept busy with work...."
He looked at her. "I can't for one second believe that that is all there is to you.." he smiled. "Listen, I've got a business meeting in Brussels... I want you to come with me... I'll need you to take notes and help me set things up...."
"Wow!.. okay... definitely, thank you...." She said.
He smiled. "I'll give you the details, you book us a hotel and flights on the private jet... we leave at 10am...
"Tomorrow... shit that quick... She covered her mouth with her hand as she realised that she had said that in front of him. "Sorry.... I didn't mean to curse..."
"It's okay.. and yes, tomorrow... so you better get cracking." He said and watched her as she walked out of his office.

Haydn counted up the cash from the handoff he had just made, Diego put it through the accounts and he kept looking to the side at his boss, "Haydn.. man, you good?.."
"What the fuck did she mean lying ass man?... what did I ever lie to her about?..." Diego realised that he was still going over the conversation in his own head that he had had with Lucia on the sidewalk earlier that day. "And then to top it off... I didn't bail on her... she was the one who wanted me to back off originally.. was I not supposed to feel some way about how she spoke to me?..."
"Woah man!.. I am not getting involved in yo domestic shit... yes she is my niece.. but I told you how fiery she can be.. she won't jus' accept shit that is not how she was raised... look maybe all this needs is a conversation... and not in the middle of the street... but that is only if you want a relationship with her... otherwise jus' let it go man.." Diego said to him.
