It was a rainy night in Japan. The civilians were just having their normal day, bringing their umbrellas to avoid getting wet, and some of them were having nice meals in nearby restaurants.

Shift to a new scene of the chef concentrating on cooking the pan with flame on it. Inside the restaurant, everyone are having a nice time.
Narrator: However.... It could happen in the middle of a nice meal.
At outside, the cute maid felt the heavy wind blown on her; she almost lost her grip on the umbrella. Back in the indoor, the waitress tried to give the customers to the table, but the man were about to leave accidentally bumped into her.
When she accidentally threw a glass of drinks into the air, suddenly, the entire atmosphere in the Restaurant turns very slow and intense. She can't move normally.
Chef: Wh-What going on....
Maid: My body's moving...
Waitress: Slowly!
Not only the inside of the restaurant but the outside of the area are affected. There were multiple beams and explosions from close by. Revealing who are responsible for it.

They're take in the pleasure of destruction and gleefully have no remorse in attacking innocent people and everything in any sight of destroying to do whatever they won't.
The panicking civilians tried to run away in desperate but were unable to move due to the effect of slowness, but the Roidmudes weren't. They are responsible for spreading the slow atmosphere. They set their eyes on their targets and cause the destruction.

Not only the Japan are affected by the Global Freeze, but the entire Global are affected as well. Multiple explosions indicate they are causing destruction.
Narrator: SHIELD had never seen it before and faces it. Not even the Earth's Mightiest Heroes knew where they came from.
In a random unknown location, multiple agents are picking distress calls and are cautious across the globe. An older black man wearing an eyepatch on his left eye is looking at the large screen, narrowing his lone eye to indicate something serious or an unknown threat they have never seen before.
Back in Japan, Roidmude continued attacking and causing destruction by creating explosions. Not knowing there was a miniature car-like toy, sentients rolled on the edge of the roof.
Forming roads like bridges, the mini-cars drove off and knew what their mission is. Back in the mall, three Roidmudes gleefully attacking the civilians were about to continue, but only caught off guard and turn attention to the sounds like honking coming nearby.
