The return to Doma was both a nostalgic and solemn journey for the Warrior of Light. The city, once ravaged by war, now showed signs of resilience and renewal. As you walked through the streets, the air was thick with the scent of new timber and the clamour of construction. Domans bustled around, their faces lined with determination as they worked tirelessly to rebuild their home.

Despite their efforts, it was clear that there was still much to be done. You approached several groups of labourers, offering assistance. Each time, the response was the same: a polite yet firm refusal. The Domans preferred to rebuild with their own hands. Instead, they pointed you towards the training grounds where Hien was currently training.

Intrigued, you made your way to the designated area. As you neared the grounds, you noticed a growing crowd, predominantly women, gathered around the perimeter. Curiosity piqued, you gently pushed through the crowd, murmuring apologies as you went. Finally breaking through the last row, the reason for the crowd's excitement became immediately clear.

Hien, bare-chested and gleaming with sweat, moved with the fluid grace of a seasoned samurai. His katana sliced through the air with precision, each movement deliberate and powerful. The sight was mesmerising, the raw strength and elegance of his training drawing your gaze like a magnet and warming your cheeks. The crowd watched in rapt silence, the atmosphere charged with admiration and awe.

As you stood there, unable to tear your eyes away, Hien suddenly paused. He turned, his gaze meeting yours across the training ground. A slow smile spread across his face, and he raised his voice to address the crowd.

"Warrior of Light!" he called out, his tone warm and inviting. "It has been too long. Come, join me. Let us show our friends here the art of the sword."

The crowd murmured with excitement, parting to allow you through. Accepting the challenge, you stepped forward, drawing your weapon. The two warriors faced each other, a silent understanding passing between you. This was more than just a spar; it was a dance, a demonstration of skill and mutual respect.

The duel began with a flurry of movement, your swords clashing in a harmonious rhythm. Each strike and parry was executed with precision, your movements almost choreographed. The crowd watched in silent awe, their eyes fixed on the two figures moving with such grace and intensity. It was a breathtaking display, a testament to the years of training and the bond between the two warriors.

Minutes stretched into what felt like hours, the sparring match a blur of motion and sound. Finally, with a flourish, Hien stepped back, lowering his weapon and signaling the end of the duel. The crowd erupted into applause, their admiration evident in their cheers and claps. Hien, breathing heavily but grinning widely, approached you.

"You have not lost your touch," he said, clapping a hand on your shoulder. "Thank you for this. It is good to have you back in Doma."

You smiled in return, grateful for the warm welcome. As the crowd began to disperse, Hien extended an invitation.

"Please, stay with us while you are here. We have spare rooms, and it would be an honour to have you as our guest."

Gratefully, you accepted, and Hien led you to one of the guest quarters. The room was simple yet comfortable, a testament to Doman hospitality. After settling in, Hien suggested you catch up over drinks later in the evening.
