Third Person's POV
"September 26, 1978..."
Heeseung adjusted the camera, making sure it captured his face perfectly. The red recording light blinked steadily, and he took a deep breath, a wide smile spreading across his face.
"I can't believe I'm finally doing it," he said to the camera, his voice dripping with excitement. He paused, savoring the moment. "I've been waiting fo-"
"AGHHH!" The muffled screams of a girl filled the room, sharp and desperate.
"SHUT UP!" Heeseung snapped, his demeanor shifting to irritation. He turned back to the camera, the smile returning. "Uh, I've been waiting for this moment my entire life. This is my dream. Well, I also dreamed of being a good novelist, but this... it feels so much better."
Behind him, the girl continued to scream, her voice muffled by a gag. Heeseung ignored her, his focus entirely on the camera. "I-I thought this would be scary but, no... It feels good." He knelt in front of the camera, his eyes gleaming with a twisted delight. "This is Lee Heeseung, for The Watcher, Chapter 12."
He stood up, walked over to the girl, and removed the gag from her mouth. She gasped for air, tears streaming down her face. "Please, please don't do this to me..." she pleaded, her voice shaking with terror.
Heeseung disappeared off-camera for a moment, and when he returned, he was wearing a different outfit and a creepy mask that hid his face. "Oh Kayleen... My girl..." he said softly, caressing her tear-streaked cheeks.
"Please... no, you've got the wrong girl. My name is Cassie... please don-" The girl's plea was cut short by a sudden, searing pain in her abdomen. Her eyes widened in shock and agony, a scream tearing from her throat.
"If I can't have you, no one can," Heeseung whispered, his voice cold and devoid of mercy. He stabbed her again, the blade sinking into her flesh with a sickening sound. Blood splattered onto his mask and clothes as he continued to stab her, each thrust more frenzied than the last. After the sixteenth stab, he paused, breathing heavily.
"CUT!" Heeseung yelled, his voice ringing out in the silence that followed. He pulled off his mask, revealing his flushed face, and looked directly into the camera, a satisfied smile on his lips.
"Perfect."
