"Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!" Tartarus growled in pain, golden ichor bleeding from his chest. Soon, it just healed back up.
"Oh no.", Jason said as Tartarus grew in size, also in power.
"I will crush you, just as I crushed your old father, Jake Phillips!" Tartarus called above. Jake grabbed his crossbow off his back, looked down his sights, lined up Tartarus, and fired a volley of Celestial bronze arrows at Tartarus. But, he landed next to Jake and with a sweep of his black staff, hit him like a baseball into a pillar.
"JAKE!!!!", they all screamed as they sprinted over. His head was bleeding badly, and he had a very bad broken rib.
"Oh gods, Jake. That's a nasty broken rib.", Hayley stated as she tended to his head's cut. "I'll live, right?", he said in a hushed whisper.
