"Y/N!" Mina burst into your room, eyes wide with exasperation. "You've been ignoring Bakugo for two goddamn weeks?!"

You shrugged, taking a sip from your water bottle without looking up from your phone. "Not ignoring if he hasn't made an effort to speak to me."

"Not an excuse!" Mina fully entered your room and flopped onto the bed next to you. "Put on your big girl panties and speak to him first! And did something happen at that last party?"

I poured my heart out about how Shindo treated me, how every cruel word he said left scars that never quite healed. I told him I was terrified of letting anyone else in. But when we kissed, all those fears seemed to melt away. His words made me feel safe and cherished in a way I never thought possible. So, to think there could be another girl..."
