1 month later

Today was my Gender reveal/Baby shower. I was excited cs I knew I was having a boy. Everyone had on cute lil shirt that said either Team Boy or Team Girl. Me and Tariah were team Boy nd DD and ddot were team Girl. "Jaylen what you got me?" I asked as she came in the back yard "I got the baby some diapers" She said rubbing my stomach as I smacked her hand "Its time for the reveal" Ty said coming out in a inflated baby costume with tiana not far behind him in the same thing. "So this how it's gon go whoever win is the gender of the baby" Ty said holding a mic. I loved the set up it was a big ass boxing rink and tables all around it nd balloons. DD was standing behind me. When it was getting close to the end of the fight I was low-key getting mad nd tear were forming in my eyes cs the boy was losing then ddot nd tariah ran to the sides of the rink. "what they doing?" I asked DD "Js watch" he said as they popped poppers that shit out Pink powder. Tiana was making me mad cs she was standing there jumping up nd down. Mind you she was the girl baby. "Noo!" I said before I started crying "Baby are you crying" DD said while laughing "Why you laughing at me" I said hitting him "I'm sorry" He said hugging me. After I had my lil break down I went to go eat.

3 months later

"I kinda scared cs I due in two weeks" I said rubbing my stomach "I'm scared for you" Tariah said sitting beside me "Nd when you have the baby you can call me for anything" She said "Ik" I said putting my head on her shoulder. "BABY" DD called me from the kitchen "I'm coming" I said standing up "Whaaa" I said as I felt like I peed myself "Did you pee yourself?" Ddot asked walking in behind me as I started screaming "no dumbass her water broke" Tariah said as she walked me back to the couch "Count how far apart they are,DD go get the stuff" Tariah ordered,dd nd ddot ran upstairs as I screamed again "they 5 minutes" I said tryna catch my breath

At the hospital
Since my Contractions went down we had to wait until they started again but I was going into labor. DD was in the room with me. "I'm tired nd she ain't even her yet" I said turning to DD "You gon be ok" dd said holding my hand

Later

"Ok push" the doctor said as I tried my hardest "Come on your almost there" She said as I pushed. DD was holding my hand the whole time. "You did great" she said as I heard my daughter crying. When they gave her to me I instantly fell in love. People be saying new born ugly mine wasn't so speak for yo self. Cs my baby was pretty nd she had a head full of hair. "She look like you" I said smiling "What's her name?" The nurse asked "Ny'aire Alexis Reyes" I said smiling. When we got home I posted her so everyone could know im a mother

A week later

"Lemme see her" Ty said walking in the living room "No hey?" I said walking up to him with Ny'aire in my arms "No. I wanna see my niece" Ty said mugging me "Heyy I'm uncle dada" ty said smiling "She not gon call you that" I said rolling my eyes "Wsp Ty" DD said coming downstairs "wsp" Ty replied "Come open the door" I heard Tariah said "Hey Riah" I said "Hey how you feeling" she said hugging me "Aww see my own brother couldn't even do this" I said mugging ty still hugging Tariah "Ok I feel like you had her long enough" She said walking in the living room "where ddot?" I asked "Oh he getting your gifts" Tariah said looking up from Ny'aire "My gifts?" I asked walking outside to see ddot getting gift bag out the car. "Tariah..." I said as tears formed my eye "We all got you something cs you deserve it" Tariah said walking up to me "You not pregnant nomo why you still crying like a baby" She said hugging me. I opened all my gifts once I put Ny'aire down for a nap. I cried opening every gift .

DD pov~

"Baby you stay crying" I said hugging Namari "Ik" she said sniffling. After everyone went home it was js me nd Namari downstairs. "This is really crazy" I said as Namari sat beside me "I'm saying we really parents" she said "Im js happy I got a lil girl" I said smiling "Yh,yh im happy with our little girl too" Namari said giggling "Well better enjoy this while she a baby cs we not having another one" Namari said shrugging "Oh rlly" I said laughing "Yh,whats funny" she said looking at me "You rlly think we not having another kid ofc it won't be anytime soon but we gon have another baby" I stated "Yh ok believe that" Namari said.

The next day
Namari pov

"Ma can you cook something I'm hungry" DD said holding Ny'aire "Whatchu wanna eat?" I asked putting milk in the fridge "it don't matter" he said "Ite" i said walking to the kitchen.

What I cook

"Baby-" I said noticing he was sleeping with Ny'aire in his arms. I'll js put it up for him I thought as I walked back to the kitchen. I went upstairs and called Tariah "Hey Riahhh" I said as she answered the call "Whatchu up to?" I asked "nothing what about you?" Tariah asked "I js got done cooking" I said folding clothes "Where dd" Tariah asked "Downstairs with the baby sleep" I said "Aww y'all a cute lil family" Tariah said "Ik we are" I said laugh

Omniscient-

Namari nd Dd started their life together. After Namari got off Maternity leave she went back to work and DD spent his days in the booth but still made time for his family. Ofc they have little disagreements nd argue but threw it all they still love each other nd having a little girl only bought them closer. Tariah and Ddot officially moved in together nd started a life together. Tariah went back to school to get her license for hair and js like DD,ddot got into the booth more. Ty and his family were doing good. Tiana went back to school with tariah. As for Jaylen she still hadn't find anyone to share her life with but she started rapping too. Oh I almost forgot Hayes nd Taraji eventually reunited but they moved to ATL and had their baby as for Maddison nd Haidyn moved to ATL with Hayes nd Taraji they both found their own boyfriend and started lives. Through all of the shit Namari went through with DD one thing she will always remember he was always more than js her link and now he most definitely wasn't that.
