"I don't like your little games
don't like your tilted stage"

"Those bitches," you mumbled under your breath as you were shoved into the limousine. Shipping you off to the Grammy's by yourself was a very Velvet and Veneer thing to do, although in different circumstances you would've been upset over this whole fiasco.

In the past hour, your life with the twin's came to a halt upon them finding out about your break into the office and the troll situation. Nevermind that, their little twisted games that they played in order to gain more fame. Tonight was going to be filled with tension, but you knew Velvet and Veneer would make all of it seem nonexistent the moment a camera landed on them.

The ride to the venue was quiet much to your dismay as it left more time for you to ponder in your thoughts. Leaning your head on the window, you watched the buildings pass by in a blur- just like your life had been recently. Before you knew it, the door was opened and you were ushered out and to the dressing rooms as paparazzi had already started to arrive.

Approaching the dressing room marked [Y/N] [L/N], you opened the door revealing a handful of stylists in the room.

A quick, "Erm hello!" Was all you managed to say before they rushed towards you. In the blink of an eye you were sitting in a chair and people were doing your makeup, hair and honestly all you could see were hands flying. You'd only seen this when Katniss's stylists were getting her ready for the Hunger Games, you never thought you'd be in her position.

"Annddd it's all done!" A cheery girl said, jumping in excitement. As everyone took a step back, you were able to get a clear glimpse of yourself in the mirror. Damn they did my justice were the only thoughts going through your head (use your imagination on how you want your hair and makeup to look!).

Someone grabbed you by the arm leading you to a clothes rack, three dresses were hung up. "Here are your outfits for tonight!" The girl said before leaving. Grabbing your main dress for the night, you slipped it on with ease. As you were about to do the back up, a knock came from the door.

"Come in!" You shouted. The door opened and to your surprise it was a good friend of yours. "Ritz!" You exclaimed. As he walked over to you, he must've noticed the struggle of doing up the zipper.

"Need some help darling?" He said in a smooth voice. Giggling at his nickname for you, you agreed to the help nonetheless. Feeling one hand placed on the side of your waist, the other did the zipper up. Ritz grabbed your shoulder and spun you around. "Beautiful," He said in a tone you couldn't tell if he was joking or not.

His hand found its way to the small of your back and led you to the couch. "I can't help but notice," He began as the two of you sat down. "Correct me if I'm wrong, but you look mad I must say."

The weight of tonight finally came crashing down. "Oh Ritz," You said quietly, putting your head in your hands. Offering comfort by placing a hand on your back, you continued. "You have no idea."

"You're right I don't," He said in a sarcastic voice. "But I can do anything to help." Ritz comforted you. Well that's nice of him- WAIT your thoughts swirled.

"You're hosting tonight right?"

"Yeah I am? Girl you knew this."

Smiling, the perfect idea came to your mind. Turning to face Ritz with determined eyes, you spoke confidently. "I'm assuming you like to hear good gossip?"
