"Dadu got upset from his behaviour and now he will not inherit the throne and the company." Kaartik said summed it all up.
"Goodness. I knew she will be weird. She never acted good with us." Ishika said.
They talked about other things and family members and went back to their respective works.
But Ishika was still confused about why Ria did all that.

Author's POV
The ticking of clock could be heard in the silent hall of Ishika's house she was getting more anxious after every second. Today is the day. She is going on a date with Abhimaan. It was 7 PM. Ishika was on time she was ready sitting in the hall of her mansion. The walls of her mansion seem to be eating her. The doorbell rang. Making her jolt out of her thoughts. She quickly ran towards the door and opened it.
There stood a man dressed in black tux. A bouquet of white and pastel pink roses in his hands covering his face.
"Here you go my lady." Came a husky voice of Abhimaan.
"Thank you Mister." Ishika said smiling and taking the bouquet from his hands.
"shall we?" Abhimaan asked.
"Lead the way." Ishika said.
"First, put this on." Abhimaan said handing a blind fold to Ishika and helped her put it on.
"And how will I see mister?" Ishika asked.
"What am I for?" Abhimaan said and carried her to car.
Ishika's phone started ringing when they were on their way.
"Who is it?" She asked.
"The wanna-be-joker." Abhimaan muttered angrily.
"Who?" She asked again.
"Kaartik." He replied gruffly.
"Answer it." She said.
"No." Came his quick response.
"What?" Ishika asked.
"Yes I'm answering." Abhimaan said in a sad tone making her smile.
"Hello Ishuu." Came Kaartik's voice singing Ishika's name.
"What is it?" Abhimaan asked gruffly before Ishika could answer.
"Oh my goodness!" Kaartik exclaimed.
"What happened?" Abhimaan asked getting irritated by his antics.
"The love of my life answered." Kaartik said making Abhimaan angry and he ended the call.
"Byee saale sahab." Kaartik said before the call was ended.
"I hate him." Abhimaan mumbled.
"But he loves you." Ishika said with a light laugh.

"Hold my hand." Abhimaan told Ishika after they reached the location.
"Are you kidnapping me?" Ishika asked.
"Which genre did you read last night?" Abhimaan asked.
"Murder mystery." She said.
"Ofcourse." Came his response.
After a few minutes of walking Abhimaan removed Ishika's blindfold. She took her time adjusting her eyes to light and the scene front of her shocked her.
