'It's been 2 weeks and this boy has yet talked to me, is he shy?'

A little girl thought, laying on her bed while facing the balcony. It's 5:32am, which is quite early for an 8 year old like her to be awake but she's gotten used to it. On the other side, is the room of her new neighbor's son that just moved in two weeks ago. The couple have two children, one older daughter and a younger brother that's the same age as her.

However, since the first dinner the two families shared together, the boy never approached her. Even when they became classmates and he sat in front of her, he didn't greet her like his other friends. But then again, his friends are all boys.

'Maybe he is shy with girls. But he has a sister.' The girl ended her thoughts before pulling her bunny plushie and hugs it. She woke up two hours early before the supposed time she needs to go to school so she decided to be lazy until the next hour.

It wasn't long before she changed herheard some rustling from the next door's room and sat up.

'Is he awake? This early?' She peeked through the curtain, and she saw a boy figure packing his bag before he left the room.

She stared at the room for a minute before finally getting up from her bed, and decided to go after him. Looks like she's going to school very early today.

(Y/n) continues to trail after the mulled wine's haired kid, curious to where will his steps lead him to. She already left the note at her home stating she's walking to school early. At times like this, she is proud that she has silent steps. If not, then this boy is quite oblivious towards his surroundings.
