You just got back from the UK after filling in for your cousin after she hurt her ankle, and she asked you if you could play for her until her ankle is better, so I decided to post on my Instagram story (photo up top)

Yeah, I do,
but I can come to the
airport to pick you up

What time do you

I'll be there in like 10-15
minutes

I got off the plane after messaging Jordan, and I went to the pick-up station to get my luggage and went to find a seat

10 minutes later

I was starting to get hungry, but I felt hands covering my eyes

"Guess who?" Jordan tried changing his voice, but he knew that you knew it was him

"Hmm, is it my best friend who plays for the Brisbane Broncos" playing along with it

"You guessed it." Jordan took his hands away from my eyes so I could get up and hug him. "How are you?"

"Good, I'm hungry and jet-lagged, but other than that, I'm good,"

"Well, let's go to Maccas on the way to
the club. " Jordan took my suitcase in one hand and my hand in his other so he wouldn't lose me, leading me to his car

When we got to the car, Jordan put my suitcase in the back while I got in the passenger seat

"So how was the UK?" Jordan asked me when he got into the driver's seat

"It was good I got taught so many things from my cousin's coach that I can't wait to show the girls"

"Yeah, I bet the team misses you, by the way." Jordan started the car and drove out of the parking lot

"I miss the team, too. y'know some fans flew over to the UK to watch me play," I said, feeling warmth filling my heart at the thought

"Did they aw that's sweet of them to do that?" Jordan kept focus on the road while driving

"Yeah, it is. I took photos with them and had a conversation with them they were so sweet, and they told me that you boys have a new fullback."

"Yeah, we do sad that we couldn't introduce you to Reece before you left for the UK to fill in for your cousin, but you'll meet him at training."

"Okay, but I am so tired." I started yawning

"Take a nap. I'll wake you up when we are at training, and don't worry, I know your order from Maccas."

"I mean, I'm not complaining. The only way to get over jet lag is not to fall asleep." I got my phone out and started scrolling through TikTok to keep me awake
