Second Chance Love

~Part 27~

              The IDF officially announced that FreenBecky were engaged. The fans were overjoyed... They couldn't handle this.

"Have you seen the hashtags on social media? It's like the whole world is celebrating with us"

              Freen asked Becky excitedly.

"FreenBeck are going to get marry!!"

              Becky shouted at Freen and Freen could see the happiness clearly in Becky's face. Becky couldn't stop smiling as she looked at Freen, feeling grateful for all the love and wishes they were receiving.

"I never imagined it would be like that"

              Freen said softly then invited Becky to snuggle between her arms and Becky didn't resist it because she truly loved that kind of physical affection.

"Ohh, there are also hate comments"

              Freen's expression changed when she heard Becky mentioned the hate comments. She knew that not everyone would support their relationship.

"I expected that"

              Freen said,

"People can be cruel sometimes, especially when they don't understand or accept something different but just ignore them. We'll focus on the love and positivity around us"

              Becky smiled brightly,

"You are right, Phi. We have so much love and support from those who matter most to us"

              ~A few days later ~

"Hello, Beck"

              Richie, Becky's brother called Becky.

"Yes, Richie?"

              She answered softly but Richie's voice was cracking.

"Becky, don't be panic. I saw Freen in the hospital"

"What??"

"Yes, she came from the hospital room"

"Where are you now??"

"I will send the location"

              When she arrived, she spotted Freen walking out of the hospital doors. Becky immediately grabbed her wrist and,

"Phi, what's happened? Why were you in hospital?"

              Freen was surprised to see Becky, then she forced a smile.

"It's nothing, Beck. Just routine check-up. I'm fine, really"

"Are you sure? You look exhausted"

              Freen took a deep breath then nodded heavily,

"Yeah, I am fine, Beck. Do not worry about that. Let's go back home"

              As they went back home, Freen sat on the sofa, then looked at Becky. She was so worried about Freen. Becky sat beside her and,

"Phi, you know you can tell me anything, right? I'm here for you"

              Becky said softly. Freen looked into Becky's eyes then decided to tell the truth. She held Becky's hand and sighed,

"Beck, listen. I've got a mental breakdown"

"What??"

              Becky was panic and Freen continued,

"Yes, it's about all the hate and negativity I've been receiving over the past few years... I pretended to be happy, to brush off like it didn't affect me"

              Becky listened intently, she felt guilty about it and Freen noticed that. She shook her head and,

"It's okay. That's not your fault. And a doctor said that I am better now"

"Are you sure?"

"Yes..."

              Becky's heart broke for Freen.

"I should stay with you at that time. I'm sorry"

"It's been a long time. I should ignore it now. But there's no need to apologize, Beck"

"I love you..."

              Then Freen kissed Becky's cheek gently. Becky giggled and,

"Let's do something fun tomorrow"

"Maybe a walk in the park?"

              Freen leaned her head and started clinging into Becky's arms...
