You feel absolutely miserable, all cooped up in your room with a week left of vacation before school starts once again for another dreadful cycle of suffering.
If you were to describe your summer vacation bluntly, you'd say it was hella boring.
All you did was lay in bed, scrolling through the masses of social media posts while slipping in a few laughs at the actual funny ones, only getting up to take a shower, eat, brush your teeth, use the toilet—the necessities.
But never did you leave your house to actually spend time with your family and friends.
Unfortunately, your parents still had their jobs during vacation, a fucked up reality but sadly that's that.
Your friends, on the other hand, mostly focused on spending time with their own family. You'd feel immensely intrusive if you just invited yourself to their bonding moments, you weren't that shameless.
So instead of doing something fun over the last few days of summer vacation, you were dreading how you were going to relay your summer experience to your future prying class advisor.
