You know.....life was amazing.....nothing too much going on in those days.....just people being people.....this living style would soon change, as a certain couple fell for the deceit and lies of a manipulative being....soon....silenced chaos ensued between a small group of people that soon turned into millions of humans...all deceived and tricked. No higher ups would assist however, they merely told these millions that "oh, you're just delusional, or you're trying to make a fool out of us."
Nobody that could help would help, so this group of people had to take things into their own hands, try to fight back, anyone would have such a thouch cross their mind right?? Unfortunately for them, this being was quite the opposition, it seemed like nobody could defeat them, everyone who did got killed mercilessly, they were killed in such a way that kept them alive for days to weeks on end, a horrid thing to do to innocent people. In this story, we'll focus on a certain group of these puppets, a certain few who will either end this chaos, or be some of the many that have fallen
Ari "Lily, come on!!! It's just a mouse!!!"
Lily, who was Ari's best friend, was currently obsessing over a random mouse she found only a few seconds ago, but by the way she was speaking about it, you'd think she had that thing for years
Lily "but....it's so cute!!!"
Ari "what if it has some ancient disease!?!? All it needs is to bite you and all hell will break lose!!!"
Lily "but it looks fine!!!"
Ari "what if it has something that deals with the inside of your body!?"
Lily ".....you do have a point...."
Lily, now distraught, grumbled her way back to Ari's bed
Ari "you did the right thing, now, we'll have even less of a chance of dying because you acted like an idiot."
Lily "hey!"
Ari "what? It's the truth, stupidity is a terrible way to die."
Lily "hmph!!! Wait....where's your sister???"
Ari "hold on.....she...she was right here!!!"
Ari frantically searched for her baby sister Ana, Lily following suit, the child was only 3 and had just learned how to walk, so they had to find her, before she found a fork and an outlet.
Ari was panicking, where did Ana go?? She was soon dragged out of her thoughts however as she heard Lily shout out,
Lily "Ari!! Come over to the living room"
Ari tried to regain as much of her composure as possible before she left to go check on Lily.
Ari "what is it???"
Lily "look!!"
Lily pointed to a trail of gummy bears leading out of the apartment's door, gummybears were one of Ana's favorite snacks, so maybe she's the one who left that trail.
Ari "come on!! Let's follow it!!!"
The two rushed out the door, following the trail of colourful gummies, this trail soon led them to the forest, where the trail ended, and only the packet was there.
Ari "N-no....it can't be!!! We haven't lost her!!! Not yet!!!"
Lily "come on, let's search for a bit, if she isn't here we'll leave to tell our parents.."
Ari "okay...."
The young duo searched the forest top to bottom but unfortunately, they didn't find Ana anywhere.
Ari "oh no....mom's gonna kill me if I don't show up with Ana!!"
Lily "hey, it wasn't your-"
Lily's attemps to console Ari were soon cut of by a distant voice, an adult male voice.
??? "Are you alright there you two??? Are you lost maybe??? I can help you get out if you want..."
Ari "u-uh no sir!!! We're looking for my baby sister. Her name's Ana, have you seen her???
??? "Hmm....not really....
A shadowed figure could be seen aproaching, their frame standing tall at about 7 feet in height.
Ari "u-uh......hi.....??"
One this figure stepped into the light, the duo's jaws dropped, the figure was surprisingly beautiful.
??? "Are you sure you're not lost??? Like, absolutely sure??"
Ari "I uh- y-yeah!!! Absolutely!!!"
The figure aproached Ari and examined her
??? "Hmm....you do seem to have alot of potential...."
Before Ari or Lily could reply, the figure leaned in and bit Ari's shoulder. And no matter how much the poor girl screamed and begged them to stop, they didn't. They only let go of her after half a minute
Lily meanwhile, was horrified at the sight, all she could do was stumble away in fear, leaving her friend alone to bleed, and the last thing Ari saw before she succumbed to unconsciousness was her friend tripping and getting bitten by the figure
